Goin Breakdown Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago (edited) We like keeping it in house. Why go outside when we have a perfectly old option in Philips. Edited 10 hours ago by Goin Breakdown 1 1 Quote
Buffalo Streaker Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago We're good. I'm sure there is somebody on the practice squad in Carolina they will bring in. 1 Quote

But replacing Ed Oliver with guys like Pennel or Harrison Phillips is meh. They are guys who could be out of the rotation come playoff time. Calais Campbell is the ideal fit. Still a very impactful player. I just wonder if he has had the Bills on a list he won't play for because he's been that guy for years. Always available, really productive and priced right but never ends up here. Quote
I'm Spartacus Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Beane dosen't seem to have good vision, and he and his scouts don't seem to evaluate talent very well. 1 Quote

The thought process behind Phillips elevation being that we have Larry Ogunjobi and literally nothing else behind him at 3T and we've used up all 3 of Phillips's call ups. We also have nothing behind Deone Walker at 1T. But Daquan Jones should hopefully be back this week or next. In the meantime, we have 1 call up left for Phil Mathis if Jones isn't ready this week. Definitely the biggest name on this list is Raekwon Davis. A former 2nd Round Pick from 2020 and a PFWA All Rookie team selection. Signed a 2 year, 14m deal with Indianapolis in 2024. It didn't work out, as he wasn't a good scheme fit. So if we play to his strengths, he should be better than what he looked like in Indy: Quote Under defensive coordinator Gus Bradley and defensive line coach Charlie Partridge, the Colts have typically played an "attack front" — moving interior defensive linemen upfield rather than sitting at the line of scrimmage to eat blocks in order to allow teammates on the second level to move up to make plays on the ball-carrier. In signing Davis, the Colts effectively gambled on his ability to make a transition to the new scheme. Edited 8 hours ago by BillsFanForever19 1 Quote

But Maybe not what McD will use correctly either Quote
HOUSE Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago (edited) Well Brandon Beane loves those really old guys beyond their prime. If he owns a few horses this guy is in.. . Edited 9 hours ago by HOUSE Quote

RE: this list, only name I recognize is Davis. Massive, yet underperforming talent. Based on size alone, I guess you could do worse? 1 Quote
