Bye Week Changes to be made

The biggest issue on the team today is a lack of WRs. If the Bills are to win it’s because of Josh (who isn’t playing great). Teams now just send guys and leave the receivers in man. The Bills have the worst WRs in the NFL. I’d make a deal for Olave AND a deal for Meyers or Bourne. Those would be my perimeter receivers. I’d send out at least 1 WR in the deal. It doesn’t matter which one. Shakir will remain in the slot. The position group needs an overhaul not an upgrade. Coleman being a stiff hurt. They needed him to be really good (like 1200 and 8 TDs good). He’s not even playable at this point. 
 

Next, I’d fire Babich. This whole defense is 🗑️. I don’t have an easy fix there but anything is better. Rush Hairston back. He has to come back and play immediately. Any growing pains will just be regular plays for Tre at this point. Play Hancock over Rapp. Get the injured/suspended guys back. Sign Asante Samuel. All of that combined might make your defense have a pulse. 

We will get an injury riddled Gabe Davis! That’s about it!

Rapp has been the bigger safety issue and poyer would/could play that role a lot easier than Cole bishops role

I agree...I'd do everything in my power to stop this ridiculous tradition of giving Josh garbage wrs and actually find him people who can separate.  Brady must pull his head out of his arse. His removing Cook on every 3rd down is getting embarrassing. 

Babich is not a great DC but lets not kid ourselves.  This defense (or whoever the hell is left uninjured) is devoid of any playmakers.  It's litered with old reliable yet "washed" retreads like Tre, Poy, Phillips and Milano.

i want Rapp gone.  he doesnt tackle.  he just throws his body around like an unguided missile hitting whomever is in a 4 foot radius,  friend or foe.  im done with him.

That is part of the problem, a guy that was basically retired is a wash for a guy you wanted to start on a super bowl contending team

 

Two things that NEED to change in my opinion on the bye week

 

1. Tre white benched/cut/not playing 

 

2. Babich no longer calling plays

The Chiefs have looked way better than the Bills. They’re going to steamroll the Bills.

1. Babich fired

2. Trade for a WR

3. Walker starting DT next to Oliver for the rest of the season

3. Hancock and Hairston need to be given opportunities as soon as they are healthy and able

Yesterday, the Cheaps indeed looked like a Superbowl team again. It was scary and maddening ha ha. But the Bills looked the part too in their wins. They looked unstoppable. These last two games that have looked so beatable and it sucks.

We can't use both because we wasted capital getting a ***** WR who we call a TE to pretend that he will get LB coverage. Kincaid is good as far as TEs go for catching but we needed and need a WR.

 

It's pathetic. 

i dont think its going to matter who we bring in on O unless your doing a total revamp.   Im at the point where unless the players are pretty much good enough to run the show regardless of play calling, it isnt getting done.   

 

Bring one good player in and teams will bracket him and the O will still go no where.

His decisions across the board have hampered our franchise.

The Coleman pick has haunted us. Hated the pick last year and hate it more now. He is absolutely awful.
