CNYfan Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago The Bills are overrated. The QB has been good but not great, despite some flashes. Defense is bad, and the team is sloppy and undisciplined. The receiving corps is well below average. Not good 1 1 1 Quote
nedboy7 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I don’t know about a must win. What I do know is that these night games are wearing me down like my Saturday night wine issues. 1 Quote

We played exactly like we have all year except this time we faced a competent team who smacked us in the mouth. Get used to it. Our D is weak, our O is OK, and Mr MVP still panics when the going gets tough. So we've turned it over three times in multiple games this season? This was clearly our worst outing 2 Quote

But we sure haven't been pounded like we were last night. Parts of games yes - like Miami and NO were getting close with tough plays. But last night was a Pats team that had a plan and we couldn't figure it out. They adjusted to our adjustments. Monday night will be the same... tight game, JA will force the ball again. Just watch... 1 Quote

Either way, I can't bring myself to worry about the Falcons. If we don't have a 2-score lead in the 4th, after a loss like yesterday, we're likely not a contender this year. But my belief is that we're still a top 3 team & contender. I think we'll roll until the Chiefs game. Quote

They are suspended for the first 6 games - so after Monday nights game I assume they will be eligible. (Ogunjobi though, really?? not a big upgrade tbh). Hoecht, yes... he will help! With our D, we won't be contending. Don't fool yourself. They are that bad. Quote

It's pretty much the same defense as last year, and the Bills were in the AFC Championship Game. Quote

A uncharacteristic, sloppy 1st quarter that put us behind and we were chasing from there on out. There's plenty of time to right the ship. they played that same "game" all year. Only difference is, the bum keon coleman fumbled, and so did our extravagantly over paid TE. this offense is predictable as *****. "mangia" = SCREEN. if *I* deduced that... im sure the NFL defense they're playing against did as well. no creativity. The defense, whole other story. SAME game as the first 4 weeks. no ability to tackle, cover, sack, or other wise get off a field on 3rd down. embarassing. Quote

If you’re not worried about the Falcons then you must have forgotten about Bijan… Aside from Henry/Lamar they were the only team I had concerns about running through and around our defense. Last night they weren’t atrocious but there is definitley cause for concern given how the season has fared so far. On your other point, yeah, still a top team. Nothing wrong with a stumble here or there. It’s to be anticipated. Quote
HOUSE Posted 33 minutes ago Posted 33 minutes ago Unless we start buying some officals the Bills are screwd Quote
TheFunPolice Posted 31 minutes ago Posted 31 minutes ago The Falcons lost 30-0 to the Panthers a couple weeks ago. Sorry if I'm not shaking in my boots. They are a very up and down team, which makes them potentially dangerous and also potentially a blowout win. Quote

We legit could/should be 1-4 against bottom feeder teams. I get that it's the NFL and "Any Given Sunday", but blah blah blah... These people think we're panicking... It's not panic, it just taking an honest look at what this team is and it ain't good right now. Can it be fixed, sure, maybe. But nothing is pointing in that direction. woah woah woah... pump the brakes... the career posters here will try and railroad you for not viewing this board with your rose colored glasses. You happen to be 100000% factually accurate here. Quote
