You can’t even hold a discussion.  Predictable.

After Dean told the House speaker point-blank that “the president is unhinged. He is unwell,” Johnson didn’t appear to disagree, instead attempting some whataboutism.

“A lot of folks on your side are too,” he said, adding, “I don’t control him.”

Dean fired back, “Oh my god, please. That performance in front of the generals?”

Johnson denied seeing the video, so Dean informed him it was “so dangerous” and explained how it’s going to make America less safe.

“Our allies are looking elsewhere. Our enemies are laughing,” she said. “You have a president who is unwell.”

Depends on your definition.  But I'm not in the top tax bracket, which MAGA inexplicably left at 37%.  That, and affordability, are the issues on which Dems will run in 2026 and beyond.

Censorship of what?

Who is forcing anyone to listen?  The word you want is hear. And, if no noise ordinance is breached, then too friggin bad.  Deal.  It’s America, and they can exercise their constitutional rights as they see fit.  Muslims get the call to prayer, you get to whine about it, I get to make fun of you for being a snowflake, you inevitably get the chance to slander me or whatever it is that you’ll end up doing.

Of course they are forced to listen to it.  They are blasting megaphones.

Im the snowflake when anyone says anything Trump related, you get your panties in a wad.

You’re a Muslim conformist lol.

You are the one that thinks “swallowed it whole” is a dick joke, right?

That the previous administration pressured google/youtube/facebook to engage in censorship is the opposite of a straw man. Do you know what the term actually means?

You just want to keep dragging irrelevant ***** into the discussion. Should I quote something you’re not familiar with then just randomly bring it up like a ***** weirdo at completely irrelevant times and then ironically be like “what, who’s strawmanning bro?” I’m sorry I’m not familiar with all the same exact things you are, and if you don’t understand how “swallowed it whole” sounds like a dick joke, check it out-

“Your mom swallowed it whole”… See, it can be very confusing.

Just as the previous administration has what to do exactly with the currents overreach and threats to deploy military on American cities?

The conversation was about overreach, you want to make it about what happened when, while turning a blind eye to what’s happening now. What does whatever Biden did or didn’t do have to do with the sitting President’s explicit overreach and abuse of executive powers on a regular basis?

Not sure what you mean here.

There is a number that if income tax exceeds, it reduces investment and productivity.

People simply don't work or invest in order to pay the government.

The conversation was about overreach,

In reality the conversation started with Roundy saying “what is the point of reducing the size of government “. I am paraphrasing his words just a bit. At that point, I shared a quote from Ronald Reagan that speaks philosophically as to why smaller government is a good thing. Do you recall what happened then? It was this:

So where was part where Regan says “except for using US military on its own civilians?”

Regan, like him or not, is surely rolling in his grave over this. His Republican Party doesn’t exist anymore, it’s just MAGA now.

You took the conversation in a Trump-centric direction. Now you are getting your undies bunched up over your own inability to stay on topic. That’s on you.

The compulsive liar

President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social on July 11, 2024: "I know nothing about Project 2025. I have not seen it, have no idea who is in charge of it, and, unlike our very well received Republican Platform, had nothing to do with it. The Radical Left Democrats are having a field day, however, trying to hook me into whatever policies are stated or said."

Did they stop working and investing during the Reagan years?  Or the Bush years? Or during the Obama years?  I dare say no.

They do something smarter. They form entities that are not taxed at those rates and channel as much money into those as they can.

Perfectly legal. That's how the entire Warren Buffet marginal rate vs his secretary discussion came about.

The point is that it is a disincentive to work if marginal brackets exceed fairly well defined levels. Capital finds efficiency, and confiscatory rates cause it to move either into other instruments or off shore.

So, point is, we generated more tax revenue from the wealthy during all of those presidencies, nobody stopped working, and working class people shouldered less of the tax load.  Rich folks gotta love it when regular folks argue for rich folks to get the biggest tax breaks.
