Big Turk Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Bills have averaged 29.3 points per game from 2020-2025. Assuming they stay around the same or slightly higher, the Bills will have the 2nd or 3rd highest scoring offense in the history of the NFL over any 6 year period. The 2008-2013 Patriot teams that averaged 30.6 points per game are first, followed by the 2009-2014 Saints teams under Brees that averaged 30 PPG. Better than the Greatest Show on Turf Rams, The Manning Colts or Broncos, the Chief led MahomeBoys, the Kelly era Bills, the Marino era Fins, the Run-N-Shoot Oilers . It would be a tragedy of epic proportions if Allen keeps being failed by the coaching, defense and special teams in the playoffs. The historic greatness of what we are witnessing every day might not be appreciated right now while we are in the middle of it, but this team will go down as one of the greatest offensive teams in the history of the NFL over a multi-season time frame. Appreciate it. Stop worrying about "we aren't doing this enough, or that enough". What we are witnessing has only been seen a few other times in the history of the NFL. RyanC883 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I'm convinced Allen is the best QB ever, period. No one has had his combination of running, passing skills combined with the lack of a blue-chip WR. It's unreal. If the D gets its act together we could win 2-3 SBs in the Allen era. Quote
zow2 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago It's all wonderful but they gotta win a SB to be remembered as all-time greats. They have to AT LEAST get to a Super Bowl. Quote

Doc Brown Posted 56 minutes ago Posted 56 minutes ago The offense is great. My only worry continues to be not having that guy on WR in the playoffs where you can count on to get open and make plays in crunch time when it matters most. Quote

Allen is probably the best athlete to play the QB position, but Brady is still #1 with his 7 Super Bowl wins. Then you have Montana and Mahomes and others who have won multiple times. He needs multiple Super Bowl wins to be in the conversation as the greatest QB. Fair or not this is how the media and fans outside WNY will judge it. Edited 29 minutes ago by Gregg Quote

Right now it feels like Keon and Joshua Palmer are unserious wide receivers. Can they make a great play now and then? of course. But they really need to step up their games over the course of this season. Quote
Billsfanatic8989 Posted 43 minutes ago Posted 43 minutes ago I'm optimistic about this season. But this seems way over the top. I'm not trying to be negative. But there needs to be some middle ground here. Quote

Aaron Rodgers looked great throwing 60 yards off his backfoot in October against Detroit. Tom Brady looked even better shredding a top five defense of all time in the 4th quarter of the 2014 SB. Or, coming back down 25 against Atlanta in the Super Bowl. I'm a Bills fan. And Allen has more natural talent than a Tom Brady or Montana. But he certainly isn’t a better QB than either. And even he would say that. Edited 32 minutes ago by Billsfanatic8989 1 Quote
