Cook has been cooking. We are at our best when we are running the football. I love it personally. Especially when we go 3 Tight Ends.

but at some point you have to be able to make chunk plays or count on a guy to win a matchup.

Fingers crossed someone progresses as I don’t think we have a guy where we can reliably call his number and expect him to win more often than not. A little bit of pass rush and playing from behind will be a real challenge for this offense if we can’t count on a first read and don’t have consistent time for sand lot. Josh will cover that up a lot but come January it might be our heel

Only averaging 34 ppg

Comments like this frustrate me. Do you watch the games and have context , or do you just look at the box score?

You do know Miami let up 30+ plus points against Daniel jones and Drake Maye , and that the bills got 28 points with the last 7 being off a roughing the punter call, right?

At the end of the day the bills passing attack has been pretty mediocre outside of a couple quarters in 3 total games.

I think it's a combination of the receivers not creating enough separation, and Joe Brady not doing a good enough job of scheming them open. (Example, more play action on 1st downs)

What do you guys think?

On gotta have it downs late in the game against Baltimore, Palmer and Coleman got open and Josh hit them.

What are we doing?

THE DROUGHT CONTINUES!!!!!

Bills are 3-0 and it's a long long season.  Let it play out.

For sure I'm not panicking. Just bringing up a talking point early in the season

3 years ago the Bills were the worst YAC team. Everything was a deep

shot or nothing. And everyone here complained about it. Well, now we’re all YAC YAC YAC and everyone’s complaining about that, too. You can’t have both!

The deal is, Brady and Josh are trying to win a different way.  They can always go back to chucking the ball (if needed).

Josh checked down a lot tonight.  Fans think it's all Brady, but it's not.

Playcalling wasn't quite as sharp tonight

For whatever reason, Brady took his foot off the gas in the 3rd qtr. A lot of dink and dunk like he was trying to eat clock

The same problem we had last year still exists again this year.

It's why Beane traded for Amari Cooper 6 weeks into last season.

We don't have receivers who can win on the outside.

We have a group full of complimentary pieces carried by the best QB in the world.

Brady tries to do what he can to scheme around it but the intermediate and deep passing game is generally a non factor unless it's from plays extended by Josh's legs.

That is not what you do when you have the best QB in football.

But it is when you also have one of, if not the best offensive line in football at the same time. Champagne problems. It’s a long season, the goal is to get to the playoffs and it’s easier/safer to that by just mashing teams for fun all the time rather then exposing the QB to meaningless hits, not to mention putting those passing plays on film until it actually matters.

The half assing the regular season is their latest effort to learn from the chiefs who perfected that two years ago. I’d rather this then enter January on empty like in years past.
