So the Chargers found a way to get their multiple slots involved last night.

Keenan Allen at 24 was a slot guy, he certainly still is at 34.

Ladd is still a slot guy.

We talk all the time about where some of our WRs are best suited or can differently attack a defense.

What did you notice about how the Chargers got Allen and Ladd both involved and can the Bills and Brady use any of that to give the offense some different wrinkles with Keon getting some snaps at big slot, etc?

There was lots of tight formation stuff from Greg Roman - which Brady already does use - where Ladd was the widest wide receiver but still essentially in the slot. They were using Keon in some of those looks last year pre-injury when he looked like he might be about to breakout. Post injury there was less of it for whatever reason.

The Bills scored more both games against the Chiefs last year than the Chargers did last night. Maybe the Chargers should be copying what we do?

You can learn from another NFL team without them needing to be better than you.

What we learned last night, Chief’s secondary still isn’t good, neither is there OL. Worthy still stinks, why was he running a crosser? Kelsey I believe only had two catches, one was broken coverage. Chris Jones failure to contain on Herbert’s last run for a first down was idiotic, he made a move inside going for the sack stat, rather than doing his job. If Mahomes keeps try to be a hero by showing how tuff he is, he won’t last the season.

Funny, Mahomes cant singlehandedly carry a team like Josh.

I cant wait for Josh to finally win a SB and put the talk to rest. Sure, win it for Buffalo, win it for the Mafia, but in reality its Josh that needs it more than us because hes truly the best athlete we've seen in the league since Jim Thorpe; because success and ability is measured in trophies, and not success and ability

I wouldn't overreact honestly,  even though I despise them , I was shocked at the amount they passed given Harbaugh and Roman and the fact they invested a 1st rder, picked up Najee at RB , it was a brilliant gameplan and could've just caught Spags off guard , Herbert looked as good as it ever remember seeing him as well

After watching that game last night, it reiterated my belief that there is no way the Bills should have lost to that team this past January. Who knows if they would have beaten the Eagles but that Chiefs team is the weakest it's been in years and they still couldn't get it done. It's just so frustrating and disappointing.

Minus that whole defense thing

Slot receivers are going to be trendy for a little bit because defense just gotten so small and light in their ass that they're not going to get lit up like they used to. As such effective slot wide receivers and really eat

At the same time getting a big powerful back to knock these guys on defense down be great. I am obsessed with the idea of drafting a fourth or fifth round offensive or defensive lineman with a great raw athletic score and speed that might not be the best blocker. Turn him into a powerful back and an up back to block

I would love to spend two weeks as an offensive coordinator even though I would get my ass kicked I would have a lot of fun.

Not overreacting, just telling you what I saw. Chiefs looked pretty pedestrian last night as they did in the Super Bowl. It was a good game plane, two slot receiver formations get defense thinking run, but they consistently threw out of it. Chargers were struggling running the ball, not using Harris was head scratching.

Keenan Allen seems like he’s been in the league for 20 years. Definitely one of the better slot WRs. I think at this stage of his career, Allen and Shakir are pretty comparable. Curtis Samuel is a dynamic talent in his own right. The Bills do have the talent, but it’s up to the OC to put his players in position to succeed. Also to be more creative as far as getting the maximum amount of talent on the field at once.

How did we learn that when he went out on the first series?

I've always wondered why for short yardage there hasn't been more (any) usage of huge athletic lineman to take the hand-off a la the Fridge in the SB.  Even for tush push it makes more sense to me to just snap it to some huge athletic powerful 300 lb human and not expose your QB at all

Who do you think ran the route wrong, Worthy or Kelsey?

It was a mesh pattern so neither of them?

So the play is designed for them to run into each other? Maybe it’s just me, but I think someone made a mistake.
