As far as McLaurin of course I would love to make this trade, I just don't see how it's financially possible. We've already tied up a lot of resources on re-signing our own players. We are going to have to roll with what we have and hope for the best.

From a pure numbers standpoint, 17 is taken in Buffalo. It would never work.

They have to come to an agreement. Why would Washington make so many aggressive moves to compete on Daniels' rookie contract only to let his star WR exit? It would be truly stupid if the Commanders don't find a way to make a deal with McLaurin. He's worth at least 30 mil and they can afford it - slot him in above Aiyuk's and below Wilson's contracts and move on. What an unnecessary distraction for them.

My thought is like $33M but they can make it work pretty easily as Greg illustrated. If they made that move, an undefeated season and Super Bowl is on the table. They’d be ridiculous.
