It certainly doesn't make the Chiefs issues "better", but that's not the topic of this discussion. The point you are raising is that the Chiefs are an extreme outlier. It's a cliche a lot of posters run to every time any player is charged. Every team has had a collection of miscreants--so attaching this to one team is pretty dumb.
