The biggest issue is getting all the snow out of the stands and also trying to find a place to park. But they have almost 8 hours to clear things up. The man specifically said he's in an emergency vehicle and chances are pretty likely that he doesn't need to "hold his phone" to talk on it since he's obviously in a "modern" vehicle... as opposed to those older prehistoric vehicles without hands-free capabilities that apparently you have.
