I prefer 1pm on Sunday, outside of that time is just not good for getting proper sleep. Try to keep enough juice to hear whistle or crowd noise to get a sense of what is happening while watching. Announcers bring nothing to the game for me but annoyance. I’d love to blame that on getting older but I’ve been a hater since my 20’s. Just feel most have no clue about players outside what the national media promote incessantly. Living in Israel where it's 7 hours ahead of Buffalo time, it can lead to some serious sleep deprivation. I hate waiting all day for SNF or MNF the next day. But the somewhat good thing is if you're on the west coast like me, prime time games start at 5 PM or so. But then you're still at work or whatever when things get going. That game was not over until after 8 and I get so emotionally drained and pissed off I ended up getting very little sleep.
