That's certainly a factor, but I don't believe the voter farming BS. We also can't be sure that crossing wouldn't have been going up if not for Covid, and having title 42 helped. They apprehend them and then they get released into the country! They are supposed to appear at a future court date and of course they never do. If they were stopping them and sending them back that would be one thing but they are definitely not doing that. They are even committing crimes here and not getting sent back!
