Not sure why you're talking about Peltola Alaska now has a jungle primary where the top four go to a general election with ranked choice voting. This sort of system reduces partisanship, allows for independent candidates to succeed, and ensures that whoever is ultimately elected is supported by the majority of voters (as opposed to a plurality which is common in FPTP elections). If people actually cared about real election security issues, there are improvements we could make.
