I'm jealous of everyone going to the game next week. I've been to London a couple of times and it's an incredible city. Hope everyone has an awesome time.

With that said, Jaguars had a get-right game this week. Hope the Bills fans help to give the Jaguars a get-wrong game again.

Random thought/question here….we went to Europe in the spring and initially I could log into TBD with no problems. As we moved from town to town I started getting this BANNED notice when I clicked on TBD. I know this has happened to others as well. I wonder if London will allow me into TBD, or if it will pop up as BANNED again? I’m sure there is a setting or something somewhere, but for now I’ll just cross my fingers. 🤞

I can’t wait for this game. Not looking forward to 9 hour flight but should be an amazing time. A little concerned about Jville as they need to make a statement like we did today but stay calm and Buffalo on

The flight back will be even longer for me, but I’m hoping I’m so exhausted I can sleep. I’ve found I have a harder time sleeping on the way TO a distant destination and I arrive about 8am, so that is a LONG day to power thru unless I’ve had SOME significant sleep.  Regardless, looking forward to figuring out how to get around and having a GREAT time! Getting close!!!

Ran into some "go Bills" in the Edinburgh Airport today.

Great day in the Old Town, getting psyched for the big game.

Jolly, smashing start to London week.  Lovely

Are you getting the train to London from Edinburgh? If so you’ll pass through York. A true Bills UK stronghold 😂

Maybe the Jag players pub it up all week.

I will act as OJ the detective, scouring golf courses everywhere looking for the REAL killer! But in this case…..🍺

I Spy A Jaguar will be our new game! Losing wouldn’t be an awful thing.

I've seen it too.  Wondering what the Mafia has planned in London around the game.  Not going but wish I was.  If I had 1 place to go it would be the British Museum https://www.britishmuseum.org/visit and its free as are Kew Gardens.  The day pass for the water taxis is a great deal and the double decker tourist busses are a great way to see and learn about the city.

Sorry Kew is not free but well worth it

How does the NFL justify the Jags playing 2 games in a row in the UK and the advantage that gives them? Are the Bills going to start the game 14-0 down too?

I don’t think it’s that different than when Seattle has to play a team on the East coast that’s had a couple home games in a row.  Other than the fact that the Bills are technically the “home” team in this one.

I’m interested to see which team has bigger fan representation.  Jaguars have played in London more than any other team, while the Bills are bringing Josh Allen to town and presumably lots of Bills Mafia will be there too.

Its finally here, my wife and I are off to London today. Finally got my tickets from Stubhub so that is good.  We are meeting friends and staying at The May Fair so hopefully there will be lots of Biils Mafia at the hotel since it was an On Location hotel package.  Weather looks fantastic for the whole week.

I'm not worried about a let down, I think they take care of the Jags even though they will be well rested after staying in a London.  Go Bills!

Bills will be even worse jet lagged than Seattle is on the east coast, The Jags will be acclimatized. Same for everything else that's different about the UK (food, distractions etc). Both teams should be similarly handicapped by these factors but are not which is stupid. I hope none of this will matter in the end and the Bills play the best they can but it might be something that affects their quality of play.

If you have a VPN, you can probably set your location to a US location, to avoid this issue.

Agree and get what you’re saying.  The way we are playing right now, we would beat these guys on the moon.  To up the stakes, I suspect our Josh Allen wants some redemption against their Josh Allen.

Right?  Their JA had a sack, fumble recovery, and interception in the last meeting.  Unreal.  That said, I hope the last thing on our JA’s mind is focusing on one player.  Just keep doing what you’re doing.

There’s an NFL Live event at Battersea Power Station on Saturday. Part of the NFL Experience day.

Roger Goodell and Thurman Thomas amongst the guests.

£10 a ticket but you’ll need to be quick I think.

A safe journey to all those travelling over the Atlantic the next few days.

I’ll see a few of you on Saturday evening. Those I won’t get to meet have a great time and enjoy the game (win).

Go Bills 👍

I am currently sitting at the airport bar with a lot of time before my flight. I love airport bars! Nobody looks at you funny if you’re having a drink as the sun rises or sets.

That reminds me of a HUGE rugby tournament in Savanah, GA at St. Patricks day. Teams from about 40 states, and my old boys team won it. Getting hammered in the airport bar as return flights were staggered, one guy we had to load into a wheelchair and told the flight attendant he’d been hit in the head in the tournament but had been cleared by the bartender….I mean DOCTOR to fly. His flight to Chicago went smoothly, unfortunately he didn’t wake up until Milwaukee. Oops!  😂 I was dating my now wife and the time and told her if she wanted out after meeting my friends, I would understand!

I’ll look for the info on Saturday when I get there in case there is some flexibility. I’d love to meet up, but I need to get settled before I can commit to anything. Right now I’m just hoping the Tube is as easy as everyone says. Thank you, YouTube! I feel a little better after a few of those clips.

Sitting at Kings Cross station waiting for the train to Paris.  Lots of Bills fans here

There were dozens of Bills fans just on my flight, and one lonely but nice couple from Jacksonville.

Enjoy Paris! We went in May and I absolutely loved it. You are traveling like my wife organized it, and you’ll be glad you got it all in. I’m just winging it this trip, and I’m in desperate need of a quick nap after zero sleep on the way over. A little nap before lunch can’t hurt.

The train to Paris goes from St Pancras station.......

I know they are a single stop on the tube but they are two DIFFERENT mainline stations!

Random question for my people in the UK. We are taking a day trip that covers Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath on Monday. I know that it’s a long day but I’m just looking now and we head to Rome, from Gatwick at 8:55 PM. If anyone is familiar with this, is it possible for us to basically get our own transportation out of there so that we don’t miss our flight? Basically, I don’t have the heart to tell Jessica that it might not work. She’s really looking forward to it. Please help!!

Respectfully,

An American that can’t tell time

Eeek. That is a hell of a journey in one day to then get back to Gatwick for 7pm and be ready for your flight. Where are you starting from? You can hire a car....

That was my thought.  We are staying by the London Bridge. It’s a long enough ride from there to begin with. I was thinking that I’d have a car take us right from there to the airport.

We went all out for our trip last Spring and had private drivers and guides for almost everything we did. It was certainly expensive, but there is no way we could have gotten so much done without taking on that extra expense. It was all arranged by someone my SIL uses to take groups of college students on educational trips (Yeah, not a bad perk for a job!). I’m not sure how to find the right driver, but it sounds like you are on the right path for this situation.

I've lived in UK for 44 years and have never been to Bath or Stonehenge

I don't know how much of London you've already seen, but there is so much cool stuff you could spend a full week exploring the city. I'd be tempted to spend a day doing that instead of the trip, and get the train to Gatwick from London bridge.   The train only is 30-40 mins compared 1.5 hours driving.
