I see no cognitive decline.

Do you see how asinine that is? Rhetorical question. You’ve quadrupled down on your Brandon diagnosis. Your former patients have my sympathies.

I see no cognitive decline, either.

He is no more of an idiot than he's always been.

"Look, having nuclear — my uncle was a great professor and scientist and engineer, Dr. John Trump at MIT; good genes, very good genes, OK, very smart, the Wharton School of Finance, very good, very smart — you know, if you’re a conservative Republican, if I were a liberal, if, like, OK, if I ran as a liberal Democrat, they would say I'm one of the smartest people anywhere in the world — it’s true! — but when you're a conservative Republican they try — oh, do they do a number — that’s why I always start off: Went to Wharton, was a good student, went there, went there, did this, built a fortune — you know I have to give my like credentials all the time, because we’re a little disadvantaged — but you look at the nuclear deal, the thing that really bothers me — it would have been so easy, and it’s not as important as these lives are — nuclear is so powerful; my uncle explained that to me many, many years ago, the power and that was 35 years ago; he would explain the power of what's going to happen and he was right, who would have thought? — but when you look at what's going on with the four prisoners — now it used to be three, now it’s four — but when it was three and even now, I would have said it's all in the messenger; fellas, and it is fellas because, you know, they don't, they haven’t figured that the women are smarter right now than the men, so, you know, it’s gonna take them about another 150 years — but the Persians are great negotiators, the Iranians are great negotiators, so, and they, they just killed, they just killed us, this is horrible." - Donald Trump

yes, it's hard to decline from that starting point.

Fortunately, the actual patients disagree.

Tds is real.  See above for reference

You give Farley actual incoherent quotes from Trump and he talks of Trump Derangement Syndrome because the syndrome is a perfect description of what ails Donald.

To be fair, Farley thinks that quote is coherent, so he seems to have the same affliction.

Remember when Trump beat Obama?

That must have been around the time he was studying the military history of George Washington's use of airports in the Revolutionary War.

EDIT:  or maybe right around the time he was peddling concerns about Joe Biden's presidency spawning "World War II."

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/sep/15/trump-lawyer-jenna-ellis

“I simply can’t support him for elected office again,” Ellis said. “Why I have chosen to distance is because of that frankly malignant narcissistic tendency to simply say that he’s never done anything wrong.”

Ellis, 38, was speaking on her show on American Family Radio, a rightwing evangelical network run by the American Family Association, a non-profit that by its own description has been “on the frontlines of America’s culture war” since 1977.

Another trump follower ruins her life...

when will they ever learn?

I am surprised that Doc is also laughing at Trump when Trump says he is running against Obama again and when Trump feared an impending second world war.

I'm laughing at the "cognitively impaired" considering Joke makes two gaffes a day on average.

Who can forget when Biden said he beat George Washington and Ronald Reagan last year?

It's truly wonderful to watch someone question anyone's intelligence while championing a man who said America won its freedom from England because of superior air power.

What a weird spot you've twisted yourself into.

Take a look at Joke's words and actions last week.  At least I've said that I'm ready to move on from Trump.  You guys are still Joke supporters.

Biden stutters and makes a mistake once in a while, but he understands that George Washington didn't command an air force.

Good to hear you won't be voting for Trump in the general election.

Going third party or sitting it out?
