No, most are because the baby has a health problem (like Downs) or there is a risk to the mother, but as was linked earlier, babies can be delivered safely in the 3rd trimester if they pose a risk to the mother. Seems to me the simple solution for you lefties is to take 3rd semester abortions off the table in policy. If it's a crock of BS like you say, why won't pro abortion folks simply agree?
