One side does have actual nazis fighting for  them

Not anymore.  After 8 years of war in the East, they're all dead, or wounded, or prisoners of war.  But the Ukrainian Nazi movement, its history of WW2 collaboration with Hitler's SS, and current day presence, is an interesting topic.  Something people that claim American white supremists lurking behind every bush and tree is the greatest domestic terror threat would like to ignore.  If you want to experience real terror, I suggest riding the NYC subway system.

Am I suppose to feel sorry for a dead Nazi?

You are indeed hopeless.

For the rest of the board, Tibs is classifying the daughter of a Russian socialist as a "dead nazi".

Sad.

Tibs is a hard-core ideologist and has no sympathy for the young women I suspect almost everyone, including myself, had never heard of before being killed in a failed assimilation attempt on her father.  But you can bet your last penny the outrage meter will be at 10 when the Russians figure out who was behind it and take retribution.  That's how ideologues work.  They believe their own propaganda, and everything is black and white.  Everything is right or wrong and they happen to be right.

'All of it is a lie': Russian paratrooper condemns his country's war in Ukraine

Two weeks ago, Pavel Filatyev spoke out against the conflict in a 141-page-long testimony posted to his VKontakte social media page, then fled Russia.

Now he tells CNN that his fellow troops as tired, hungry and disillusioned -- and that the Kremlin's war effort is "destroying peaceful lives."

"We understood that we were dragged into a serious conflict where we are simply destroying towns and not actually liberating anyone,"

"Many understood that we do not see the reason that our government is trying to explain to us. That all of it is a lie," he said. "We are just destroying peaceful lives. This fact immensely influenced our morale. That feeling that we are not doing anything good."

"Several days after we encircled Kherson many of us did not have any food, water or sleeping sacks on them," he said. "Because it was very cold at night, we couldn't even sleep. We would find some rubbish, some rags, just to wrap ourselves to keep warm."

Car bomb kills daughter of 'spiritual guide' to Putin's Ukraine invasion - Russian media

Dugina's father is a Russian author and ideologue, credited with being the architect or "spiritual guide" to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The car bomb likely a false flag to rally Russians to support Putin and his war that is going badly.

Honesty is not a key attribute of any state intelligence agency.  And the story spun by the FSB "investigators" sounds a little suspicious.  Maybe these FSB agents putting together this story attended the same training course as those FBI agents that dreamed up that kidnapping conspiracy story to set up those guys in Michigan and then charge them with that phony kidnapping rap?
