I realize that this is his job, but could you imagine Trump saying this about California?

That’s cute

Biden is right there whenever Texas needs them then they turn around and thumb their nose

Probably your dumbest, most unaware post ever. That’s saying a lot. If you ignore the border disaster, Biden has been such a friend of Texas during his presidency!

Good god man. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽

Well Biden sent 600 firefighters to Canada when it was on fire but 100 to Texas, so the response is pretty much par for the course. Americans get minimal help while our foreign friends get maximum help.

Are the wildfires in Texas anywhere near as huge as those in Canada last year? Have they resulted in unhealthy air quality over huge swathes of the United States?

Silly talking point.

Personally, I think you should just let Texas fend for themselves with all the succession part all the military bases stop the federal funding

AOC went down there and fund raised for them whenever they were having their cold weather disaster crisis. She got absolutely no credit for it.

Those urban centers in Texas just keep growing. More blue voters every year.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/ar-BB1jRxXf

Ripka is part of a booming trend that saw Dallas-Fort Worth lead all metro areas in population growth in 2023, according to newly released data from the U.S. Census Bureau. D-FW grew by the size of a large suburb last year, adding over 152,000 new residents.

The one-year population growth is equivalent to adding a city the size of Mesquite to the region. It built on the expansion that saw D-FW surpass 8 million in population at the start of 2023.

D-FW’s population now stands at 8.1 million, according to the estimates released Thursday that provide a first look at demographic changes across the country in 2023.

The Houston metro area wasn’t far behind D-FW in attracting new residents. It added more than 139,000 people over the same period, raising the Bayou City’s population to 7.5 million.

RESISTING INVASION, AS THE CONSTITUTION EXPLICITLY PERMITS:

Wrong:

The term’s appearance in Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution—the Compact Clause—derives from the Articles of Confederation, which provided as follows: No state shall engage in any war without the consent of the united states in congress assembled, unless such state be actually invaded by enemies, or shall have received certain advice of a resolution being formed by some nation of Indians to invade such state, and the danger is so imminent as not to admit of a delay till the united states in congress assembled can be consulted.

A provision substantively identical to this text (except for the omission of the reference to Indians) was added to the draft of the Constitution. That draft provision demanded that no state shall, without [the] Consent [of Congress] engage in any War, unless it shall be actually invaded by Enemies, or the Danger of Invasion be so imminent as not to admit of a Delay, until the Legislature of the United States can be consulted

I GUARANTEE you this is a loser in court.
