Amazing this is the main headline on that right wing rag today. Even CNN admits he is trouble, good job beIng ignorant.

It’s a good thing there won’t be any Republican voters left by 2024 right?

This sadness has to stop. The guy is beating you like a drum.

What I’m trying to say is that 2024 might already be over. We should have the breakdown by party affiliation at some point.

Think about it. What group had it worst with Covid? Old people.

What group are the most reliable voters for midterms? Old people.

How many of these seats will turn/stay blue due to Covid If Dems increase young turnout by just a little bit?

Enough of them.

When the economy blows up before the 2022 Congressional elections the era of "transformative change" will be over.  So enjoy the show while it lasts..

Do you have a forecast that shows the economy will collapse before the midterms? I didn’t think so.

If that’s what you’re clinging to, you’ve already lost. Shall we declare victory now?

US super-rich 'pay almost no income tax'

ProPublica says it has seen the tax returns of some of the world's richest people, including Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and Warren Buffett.

The website alleges Amazon's Mr Bezos paid no tax in 2007 and 2011, while Tesla's Mr Musk paid nothing in 2018.

ProPublica said it was analysing what it called a "vast trove of Internal Revenue Service data" on the taxes of the billionaires, and would release further details over coming weeks.

While the BBC has not been able to confirm the claims, the alleged leak comes at a time of growing debate about the amount of tax paid by the wealthy and widening inequality.

Wow you are a truly terrible person who are pleased that people are dying so long as they are your political opponents. The fact that that highest death rates is in the most dense areas of liberals in our country also apparently did not occur to you. Lastly people under 30 getting vaccinated will make virtually 0 difference in the deaths. But personally the only people over 60 who are refusing the shot I know are all minorites because they don't trust Fauci or the government, something to do with "good" liberals screwing them historically.

Your party committed suicide to own the libs. We didn’t tell you to do that. Your cult leader did. He told you to drink aquarium cleaner and inject bleach into your foreheads instead of getting vaccinated.

It’s over and you don’t even realize it.

Look at how close those house and senate races were in 2018.

My guess is that the death breakdown will be 65% R to 35% D when it’s all said and done.

This is shocking.

The system is tilted toward the wealthy including virtually every politician in the country, people of all stripes and income brackets get deductions and credits, and perpetual doo-gooders like Soros and Buffet avoid tax like the plague but support changes to tax law.  Oh, and we don't tax wealth, and Fightin Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and the like are gonna fix it all.

This is why democrat loyalists are idiots too.

guess which Presidential campaign Bezos sent over 2 million dollars to? Hint: rhymes with ‘blow hidin’...

Do you think Bezos  wants to pay taxes but just can’t figure out how the system will let him??

Who are these poor people the democrats are trying help by eliminating the SALT deduction cap?

This is matter of factly the Democratic philosophy on taxation. They firmly believe other people should pay more taxes... I wish they’d all exercise their right and voluntarily pay more of their own income to the government since that’s what they believe.

Those numbers are pretty generous.

The only part we don’t know yet is the “where.”

What is the breakdown by district? By taking a look at the 3 groups that refuse to get vaccinated you can probably cancel out uneducated whites and black males, and then you’re left with old people. People under 30 don’t vote in midterm elections anyway so they won’t matter. The decrease of old Republican voters will likely be the difference in quite a few races.

Interesting, So then since republicans are obviously all racists, healthcare must not be systemically racist, because of the disproportionate impact...

I hope you are right about this breakdown. At least it would defuse any BS victim narrative that comes from that side. And we know the 35% D’s still voted by mail in ballot anyway right?

I saw the 'income is taxed, not wealth' story covered on the Today show this am. Savannah Guthrie with her $8,000,000 salary and $30+ million net worth seemed stunned that there were deductions, and tax avoidance tools in the playbook for folks like her.

The disproportionate impact is from GOP voters, mainly over 60, not masking up and not getting vaccinated from the get-go. The only groups still dying from Covid are unvaccinated, uneducated whites, black males, and old people.

We also know that Covid ripped through rural areas at higher rates over the last 6 months. Those voters tend to be Republicans.

People just aren’t talking about it yet because Trumpers will scream bloody murder and say we tried to kill them or Biden only gave vaccines to blue states, etc.

As far as I know, they haven’t released the names of people that died, so until that happens, data geeks will have to get death numbers from hospitals and apply voter affiliation from that depending on where that hospital is located and district, to figure out just how many more Trumpers perished than Dems.

Then just apply the breakdown on typical midterm voter demographics in those districts.

You definitely seem jubilant about the possibility that the majority of people who died were the one with different opinions than you.  June 4 data set says differently.. but maybe Rs were the majority of deaths in blue states... I think  jersey and NY had the highest rates of death per capita...

NJ doesn’t really matter since it could never turn red. NJ was the first state to get ravaged by the virus. The rest of the country had 3 months to prepare and some of those states ended up with more deaths….like Florida. Not a surprise to anyone.

Now you understand why Red Governors are passing voting laws. It’s not about fraud. It’s about mitigating the damage they’ve done to their own voters(death) with bad Covid policy, and the only way they can overcome those losses is by stopping certain people from voting and hoping for low midterm turnout. This isn’t a secret to anyone.

The Governors have all of the data.

Unfortunately, passing restrictive voting laws only pisses voters off and has previously led to higher Dem turnout.

lol that pink stuff flowing into your brain is conspiracy propaganda.

Red states know they lost because they suck at organizing harvesting efforts, and the people too lazy to work or vote are nearly 100% democrats.  Rs want to make people have to get of their ass to vote, democrats want to go door to door in high concentration welfare neighborhoods to collect ballots from people too lazy to get off their couch. That’s why ID requirements are being spun as a ‘Jim Crow law.’

The more that Republicans attempt to implement laws directly intended to deny Black voters their full voting rights, the more motivated African Americans will be to turn out to the polls. It’s not rocket science — instead of lulling Democrats to sleep and taking advantage of a party in complete control of every level of government, Republicans have found a way to activate the base of the Democratic party and ensure another cycle of record turnout. History may not be on the side of the party in power, but Republicans’ strategy of feeding their base an endless amount of red meat, while rationing universal truths, could backfire spectacularly and lead to Democrats maintaining control and bucking the trend.

Deny black voters... that’s the spin to drive outrage! Stop buying it.

This is about the apathetic vote the democrats need to win. That’s always been the ‘turnout’ conversation. People too lazy to get an id don’t have a job sure as hell aren’t missing price is right to stand in some voting line. But if someone comes to their front door and fills out their ballot and then brings it to the polling center for them, they are ok voting. That’s what HR1 attempts to remove the barriers for. Republicans know those people aren’t voting for them so they are pushing state laws the other way.  Since neither sides story is compelling they have these alternative narratives..  only fools think this about some righteous principle. What naivety...

it’s pretty offensive and racist to infer that lazy apathetic people must be African American. My friends and neighbors that happen to have more melanin know they are being exploited, but you don’t see this?? Folks like you, can’t see you’re being manipulated...? so sad.

Either party in complete control is a bad thing.  Upper middle class people (the engine of us government revenue machine) are starting to look outside the US while destitute people pour over the borders and the ultra wealthy just get richer.

I worked on this issue for 10 years. I’ve watched the suppression tactics the entire way through.

You’re defending tactics that GOP officials no longer defend. They are openly saying why they want to restrict voting. They say that if people have the option to mail in vote, Republicans will never win the presidency again.

Not a single American should have to wait in a long line to vote in 2022. It says that everyone has the right to vote. It doesn’t say that you have the right to vote if you can hula-hoop for 5 minutes and then climb Mt. Everest.

Most low income folks can’t even get time off to vote. The mail in voting process is great the way it is. I’m sorry that your party’s ideology is dead. It happens. Minority rule isn’t sustainable.

We tried to meet R’s in the middle and declare it a national holiday so everyone could vote. They refused.

You have this idea in your head that people are coming into peoples homes and dragging them out of bed at 3pm to fill out a ballot and then going back to sleep. I can assure you those aren’t the people that these laws are designed to affect. LMAO.

As far as both being idiots well that could be verified for both in a lot of ways but no before the tariffs his company wasn't doing well because of chinas shenanigans as far as stealing intellectual property or something like that from the Charlotte pipe company .

Then at some point China was buying up all the ore from the US to make black pipe and there are 3 major companies here in the states that make black pipe but with china buying the ore there wasn't enough for US companies to produce it which caused a shortage for his company which drove the prices higher & they had a shortage for months too .

But every body in the US think that just because we can get products for cheap it's a great thing but just like when the pandemic first hit what happens when china being communist just decides we are going to shut the US economy down and stops all the things produced over there that they send here or just cuts back .

Then all these people that go to walmart every other day and the President will be at the mercy of a communist country then what ?
