Quid Pro Joe: Penn Raked in $54 Million in Anonymously Earmarked Chinese Money
When It Launched Biden Center – Old Joe’s Cut a $1 Million

by Jim Hoft

On Wednesday Joe Biden told reporters he was “a professor” at Penn after he left office in 2017. This came after news broke that classified documents were found in a closet at the Penn Biden Center, linked to Joe Biden, in November before the 2022 election. The Department of Justice, the same group that set up the Trump-Russia scam, are allegedly investigating.

Of course, this was a lie. According to the RNC — This is at least the 17th time Biden has told this lie since he became president. Biden was never a “professor.” Biden and his associates raked in hundreds of thousands of dollars to essentially do nothing while millions in anonymously earmarked Chinese

Commentary: Time's Up for Lyin' Biden

By Jim Thompson

FTA:

Obama’s choice for vice president was a bit of a political calculation but Biden wasn’t picked for Delaware’s votes or for Biden’s smarts. Biden wasn’t worth a warm bucket of spit and Obama knew that. What Biden brought was what everyone knew of him. A little brain, a big mouth, shiny white teeth, and white skin. Biden “won” the nomination because he was the “why not” pick.

Biden was harmless Ol’ Joe. An anodyne and doddering dummy. A guy who fits the title of “warm bucket of spit” as few vice presidents had. The most consequential event of Obama’s two terms was the order to send DevGru SEALs to kill Bin Laden.

Who was the guy who thought the raid was a bad idea? Biden. Of course, Biden has lied about that too, claiming he never said “don’t go”.

Obama knew there was one constant of Biden. Biden had an uncanny ability to muck things up. When Biden left government in 2017, he wasn’t a former president with lifetime secret service protection, he was just another Joe. The second Trump took the oath of office, Joe was a private citizen. Sure he was still the “big guy,” the head of his crime syndicate family with his idiot kid laundering money for the family but there was no sense at all that anyone, besides his wife, wanted Biden to run for president.

{snip}

Biden’s media protectors claimed that it all could be a plant. I guess they imagine Donald Trump in a ninja suit and a balaclava mask lowering himself down into Joe’s Corvette and stuffing a classified document into the glove compartment. Mission Orange Man plant. Hank Johnson, famous for positing that Guam will capsize if too many people shift to one side of the island agreed. Yep  – it might be a plant by the Orange Man in black. Mission Yuuuge.

According to Karine Jean-Pierre, everyone needs to calm down. Sure, Joe had feloniously removed classified documents that he had no right to ever have and he kept them for 6 years in either an office filing cabinet next to someone’s lunch or in a box next to his car – but don’t worry, it isn’t like, you know, he left classified documents on the street. They were locked.

Biden is a lying crook. He’s a demented malignant stain on America and as bad as his spare tire has proven to be, she isn’t this dopey old lying goon.

Time to leave, Joe. Like, yesterday.

No Records Exist Of Visitors To Biden’s Delaware Home Where Classified Docs Found, White House Says

by Tim Pearce

Visitor logs for President Joe Biden’s house in Wilmington, Delaware, since the start of his presidency do not exist, the White House said Monday. The announcement comes after an unspecified number of classified documents were recovered from Biden’s personal home in recent weeks. Republicans have raised questions over who had access to the records while they were stored in Biden’s garage and study. “Like every President in decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal,” the White House Counsel’s office told Fox News. “But upon taking office, President Biden restored the norm and tradition of keeping White House visitors logs,

including publishing them regularly, after the previous administration ended them.”

The U.S. Secret Service said Sunday that it does not track visitors to Biden’s personal residence, though agents do guard the home.

LYING FOR THE HELL OF IT

President Biden spoke at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta yesterday in advance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. In his remarks, the president spoke of democracy and voting rights, drawing parallels between his administration’s domestic agenda and Dr. King’s civil rights mission.

The president called the present moment in history “the time of choosing,” between “democracy over autocracy,” “community over chaos,” and “love over hate.”

In other words, he gave a thinly disguised partisan speech promoting antipathy toward his domestic political opponents as evil.

That’s the meaning of “love over hate.”

So on this note, the question for me is...what is the standard for presidents and vp's historically?  One of the issues with I had with the Trump raid centered around that subject.  What happens in most cases? I've said it before--I'd be surprised if confidential/top secret material wouldn't be found in the home(s)/offices of most former high ranking officials.  It just seems to be human nature, especially when the party in question is so sure of him/herself that they are convinced they are best suited to lead the world.

In this case, would there be a reasonable expectation that visitor logs would be a standard at his home?  Is there a log kept at Mara Lago, on the beachfront of Obama's home on Martha's Vineyard, at Bush's in Texas?  I would think most of them would prefer not to have a log kept, there's really nothing goo that comes from it.

At the same time, the Biden fiasco seems to point out the need for such logs to be kept. With top secret material stored near the recyclable bin in his garage, it's frightening to consider who might have had access to all this stuff.  He did have that whole box thing going to supersize the security, but one has to be realistic--some high end criminals and ne'er-do-wells have figured out that by jimmying the top with a screwdriver, letter opener or pointer finger, the contents inside are often easily accessible to prying eyes.

The White House obviously keeps visitor logs. Since Biden spends about 40% of his time in Delaware his residences there serve as a de facto White House. I don’t know what the legal requirement is for visitor logs. Consistency and transparency would logically dictate they should be tracking visitors where the sitting president spends much of his time. It’s my opinion that ex-presidents should be free to entertain whoever they want.

I don’t disagree conceptually, but if those that went before didn’t keep visitor logs at their personal residence I’d just as soon not worry about it here.

As I’ve said before, for those upset about Stop the Steal, I think it’s more than a bit hypocritical if they supported the Illegitimate Election campaign of 2016-current.

The Republican Party may not have fared terribly well in the midterm elections, but they did manage to take back the House of Representatives, if only by a small margin.

That makes the White House very, very nervous, because it means that the Biden administration could face some hurdles when it comes to ramming more of their agenda through Congress.

And a nervous White House is a desperate White House. And a desperate White House says stuff like this:

Wow. That all sounds pretty scary. With the Republicans in control of the House, Americans will face higher gas prices, higher middle class taxes, higher inflation, and higher drug costs.

We’ve had them under Biden pretty much since he got sworn in. So we’re not exactly clear on why all of those things would suddenly be bad just because Republicans have a majority in the House. Especially since all of the economic policies that the Biden administration and Democratic politicians have advocated for would result — and have already resulted — in things like higher gas prices, higher middle class taxes, higher inflation, and higher drug costs.

https://twitchy.com/sarahd-313035/2023/01/23/biden-whs-summary-of-house-gops-economic-policy-agenda-should-sound-very-familiar/

It's always fun to play the game, "is it a lack of self-awareness or is it lying?".

What Would Happen if They Held a Voter Suppression Election and No Voters Got Suppressed?

by Rick Moran

Last January, Joe Biden set the Democratic base ablaze with the incendiary charge that Republicans were suppressing the votes of minorities.

“Jim Crow 2.0 is about two insidious things: voter suppression and election subversion,” Biden told a crowd at Atlanta University. “It’s no longer about who gets to vote; it’s about making it harder to vote. It’s about who gets to count the vote and whether your vote counts at all.” “It’s not hyperbole; this is a fact.”

At the time, it was a supposition, not a fact, to claim that the Republican election reforms would suppress the black vote. And as it turns out, it certainly was hyperbole.

Always illuminating to look back on what Joey said and what is the actual truth.

Thanks.  Meant to post this poll.  No black respondent had a bad experience.  Imagine that!

Joke today said he was given a key for  a locomotive  and rode in the engine about 15% of the time he rode Amtrak to Delaware.   Probably let him see the inside of the cab once, gave him a  hat and let him go "choo-choo" every time they approached a crossing.

AP story by Ellen Knickmeyer: “‘It just rang’: In crises, US-China hotline goes unanswered.” Knickmeyer reports right at the top of her story:

Within hours of an Air Force F-22 downing a giant Chinese balloon that had crossed the United States, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin reached out to his Chinese counterpart via a special crisis line, aiming for a quick general-to-general talk that could explain things and ease tensions.

But Austin’s effort Saturday fell flat, when Chinese Defense Minister Wei Fenghe declined to get on the line, the Pentagon says.

Contrast Knickmeyer’s report with President Biden’s self-liquidating response to Judy Woodruff earlier this week (below). Biden was obviously misleading about his alleged chat with Xi last week, as becomes evident within a few seconds, as well as the implication of related discussions by his “people” with the Chinese authorities.

The predicate of Woodruff’s question is that everything should be beautiful between the United States and China, while Biden reassures her that it is.

This is pathetic.

My point here, however, and I do have one, is that Biden is obviously making it up as he snores along. Forgive me for repeating myself — what we have coming into plain view here is a “credibility gap” superimposed on an “awareness gap.”

Sure Joe.

Debunking the Claim That Donald Trump Is to Blame for the Ohio Train Disaster

FTA:

The problem? The claim is completely irrelevant to what happened in Ohio. For starters, the train did not have braking issues. Rather, it derailed because of a broken axle. Further, the train was not carrying oil, which is what the Trump-era regulation rollback specifically pertained to.

Also, and while it’s been a bit of an open question at times, hasn’t Joe Biden been president for the last two years? If that regulation was so effective and great, why didn’t Buttigieg try to reinstate it, even if it led to a court battle? He’s bringing up a completely unrelated regulation as a way to put Trump in the middle of the situation when he’s been in charge for the last two years. How does that square?

Besides, wouldn’t it make more sense for Buttigieg to deflect blame by noting the government can’t be responsible for axles breaking on trains? He can’t do that, though, because he and his party have built a facade that asserts the government can fix absolutely everything. If he were to say “look, there are some things the DOT just can’t prevent, and train parts breaking in freak accidents is one of them,” he would be undermining the left’s savior complex, and we just can’t have that.

In the end, the deflection to the Trump administration is simply dishonest. Even if this accident in Ohio pertained to brakes and oil tankers, that still wouldn’t prove that a lack of regulation caused the crash. Sometimes, things just break, and Big Daddy government can’t solve every issue.
