Bills Primetime Schedule Next Year

I am bored, and been thinking about  the Bills and their schedule next year, and here are some predictions

#1) If neither the Bills or the Pats win the Superbowl, Bills-Pats is the Sunday night opener..bank on it. Bills getting all kind of love now, NBC will love how jacked that stadium will be for next season, live shots of the lots and crazy fans,  built in storyline if Brady is, or is not, still in New England. Wish i could bet this now, i am 100% convinced this will happen.

2) In the slight possibility we do not play that game Sunday, will be the early Monday night game.

3) Think we get one other home Monday night game. Yep, two home prime time games.

4) Bills-Chiefs in Orchard Park will be a late season 4:20 game. TV loves snow games, and hope this will be a big clash and hopefully some snow mixed in.

5) On the road for a Thursday nighter.

I think three prime time games are a lock, with a chance for a 4th depending upon how far they go in the playoffs this year.  I like your idea of Bills/Pats on the first Sunday/Monday night but that will be ruled out since the Bills will be hosting the Thursday night game.  ;)

Give me National Coverage at 1 PM and I'm good.

I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate waiting until after 8 PM to watch a game

I'd take a Thursday night game it it fell on a week where I had that Friday off

But 8pm is 6pm for me.  I'm cool with that. :)

Nah...give me ten 1 p.m. games, two 4 p.m. games, and four prime time games.  Let's mix it up.

I would say the Bills will get at least 2 maybe 3. I am also curious to see how many the Giants get. They are one of the NFL's "favorite" franchises. A big market team with a large fanbase that brings in strong ratings. I bet the Giants get on prime time a couple of times despite the fact that they have sucked for the last 7 years or so. You know if the Bills were a 3 win team they would have 16 on Sunday at 1:00 unless they had a game on the WC.

We will certainly see more primetime games.  I predict 4.

I do like the OP's idea of Pats @ Bills on the first Sunday.

I also think Pittsburgh @ Buffalo will be on a Monday or Thursday.

While I am kind of excited at the prospect of the novelty of primetime home games, I much prefer attending 1:00 games.

With all the west coast trips they'll be making next year, can easily see one or two of them being the 4:25 start.  Typically there's at least 2 games scheduled in that time slot, so if the Bills were to falter next season, that would become the game only a small viewership sees.  The San Fran game would be one strong possibility, maybe Vegas.

I am kind of tired of playing the Pats in Primetime. that’s more about the Pats than the Bills.
the Bills ratings for Primetime games are showing that Bills fans are driving viewership not Pats fans.
How many Primetime games did the Bills have last year after their playoff appearance? 1 the Monday night game at home against the Pats.
Hopefully the Bills will have a couple big wins in the playoffs and we can get some Primetime rematches against those teams.

Considering how good you are at gambling this year in your pick-em pool, I'll take whatever odds you'll give me for $20 that I bet we DO NOT get this game.

I prefer NO PRIME TIME GAMES, the national media can just stay out of our house. They can't be trusted

I agree I prefer 16 games at 1:00 but their is no chance of that happening. The Bills are a good team now and put on a good showing for the national audience against the Boys and Steelers. The Bills are guaranteed some prime time games in 2020.

haha!!!! Got to a point where i was out of it!

I will book your $20 at 1-1..considering the real odds of them playing thay game right now are prolly closer to 200-1

Judging the coverage that Bills Mafia and Buffalo is getting now in general (they are really a breath of fresh air for the NFL fan that is probably grown tired of the same old narratives in the league) I expect Buffalo to get 1 home game (SNF or MNF) in 2020

Rushing the field after clinching the Division after the Jets game is going to seal it

I don’t think we see Bills / Pats in prime time. They play twice a year already and nobody wants to see old man Brady anymore. I think Chiefs at Bills is a Sunday night, and Seattle at Bills is a Monday night. Maybe a Thursday night on the road vs the Jets.

The Jets really don't deserve a prime time game given that they suck. But they are a big market team and the league can play up the Allen vs Darnold rivalry.
