Either way, just about the entire world was shocked they took Jones there. Not a surprise if he felt the same way. But your draft slot no longer matters once you step on the field, so now its up to Daniel to prove he was worth the pick by the Giants. And so far he has played well in his opportunities. Kind of where I am at - For a QB to take on all the bad karma of a Cleveland franchise you probably have to find a guy like Mayfield who has moxy and is oblivious to outside opinions. I think he is the right guy for that team, not like I have to hang out with him or anything - but taking in a ball game with a chick....not sure if there is anything less normal.
