Epstein was also arrested while Trump was president after being ignored by other presidents. ? Maxwell, even with all her connections (and she has a lot of them as did Epstein) was also arrested, while Trump was president. The DA is laying out a story on what Maxwell and Epstein "allegedly" did. She is laying out the grooming of the victims by the both of them.
