He's going to court because he is being charged. That doesn't mean that he is guilty of the charges. And that is why he is fighting the charges. Police found hundreds of oxycontin pills in his possession along with $29k divided in several paper bags. He was charged with several felonies. FELONIES! Police also found a dead woman who had overdosed in his condo. For committing several felonies and having a dead woman in his home, Irsay received a $500K fine and a 6 game suspension. Kraft is charged with 2 misdemeanors. Most of us spend more on date night to get our wives to give us the "Bob Job." Only a story because Kraft owns the Pats. What the NFL needs to do, which is what most Bills fans are not doing, is to take the name out of the equation. It's an owner who obviously violated the code of conduct; and an owner who may be guilty of a misdemeanor. There are players active in the league after beating the crap out of women and children.
