The photograph of RBG that the New York Times used in their report yesterday about RBG returning to the Supreme Court was actually taken last November. We've still seen no current photo.

Makes me wonder if she looks even more dead than she has... it’s not likely they could lie about that unless everyone involved with SCOTUS is willing to lie.

So they either don’t have a picture from her return (seems unlikely?) or the picture they have is straight outta walking dead level stuff.

Well so much for the conspiracy theories.

I still believe that she is alive.

I do not believe that she is in any condition, or ever will be, to be a working justice on the Supreme Court.

.

 That’s a baseless opinion.

I have been in the medical field for over 40 years,

I have helped manage a Senior Center for over the last 10.

I have helped countless elderly females after a fall and orthopedic surgery................and how the average person recovers.

Did I examine Justice Ginsberg ?......................of course not,

but your dismissal of my (rather straightforward) reply above as baseless.............................is (sadly) all too typical.

You working in the medical field only makes it more ridiculous for you to weigh in on someone’s ability to be a judge, when you know you have zero information about her condition.

you shouldn’t have an opinion on her ability to judge, it’s baseless and ridiculous.

”I have medical experience, I have seen people with similar conditions, and based on these facts I have an opinion on someone’s ability to do their job (despite having no personal facts).” Get out of here with your nonsense.

i hate to break it to you, but just like the board has crazy liberals that lack any rational and are always anti-conservative, you are the same type of poster with different views.

Which if you're right begs the question who can take action on her retirement if she can't or is unwilling?  Roberts?  It's ridiculous that someone of her age and in her health would not have retired on their own already.  She must be as miserable a person as she seems.

In all fairness, you don't need a lot of experience being around 30-pound, 85-year-old post-op lung cancer patients to have a pretty good sense that she most likely has all the mental and physical stamina of a Jello pudding cup.

On the one hand, I think no one should ever sit in judgement of another. But on the other hand, I think, wait, something just feels wrong here.

Lol, I genuinly think the conspiracy stuff has been funny.  And I don’t mind stuff like this (it’s a joke!), but we really don’t know that.

She’s an extremely sharp and witty person, and might be just as she was before the surgery

It's true.  She MIGHT be as mentally acute now as she was prior to her surgery.  There's even media reports of her being seen in a very public forum just a few weeks ago.  Though there is no video/photographic evidence of it that has been publicly released.  IF she really is still competent to be on the Supreme Court, why not just appear in public & dispel the rumors?

Why in the world should a Supreme Court justice answer to conspiracy theories?  She had surgery for cancer, she doesn’t need to prove her brain isn’t mush three months later...

Because if she really is okay, then the left can play it to their advantage.

Look, Melania is out of the scene for two weeks, and CNN has a Melania Watch while others in the media begin to speculate that the reason she isn't around is because Trump beats her.

RVG is out of the scene for months, and to compensate for the left's handling of Melania, the right starts to demand to know where Vader is. The longer they wait, the louder the calls become until everyone on the right is wondering where Vader is, and THEN the left rolls her out for an interview and the left explains how the right is full of conspiracy theorists.

Notice how the left's latest rage is how the right has jumped all over Obama's daughter for underage wine drinking. A couple of left-leaning pubs are chastising the right for their response to the photo, but literally no one on the right has said anything about Obama's daughter.

Even when they don't do anything, the left blames the right. And that's okay because the only other message they have is "Socialism is great, open borders are needed, cows must die, airplanes are not needed, and AOC is their leader."
