If I were more cynical, I would suspect that this is the entire point of the venture, and the delays and obstructing in providing transparency. The Democrats will do anything to artificially pump up Democrat vote numbers (while suppressing Republican voters) so they can cry about the "popular vote" when they lose to Trump again. It's suburban blight. The photo shows 2 homes, but these fences are around nearly 100% of the homes in some places (and merely 75% of the homes in some other neighborhoods).
