No problem as long as the cost is out of the campaign contributions given to politicians causing ruckus.

Start injecting cyanide into tide pods and problem solved.

Of course we we know lot hijinks are related to terrorism.  Maybe bring in INS as well.

...some day I will detail my great "Belt Buckle Caper" episode with the TSA.....my then 14 year old daughter and her friend were apprehended by TSA for attempting to "bring weapons on a plane", namely belt buckles bought at an Orlando Flea Market identified as "brass knuckles (WTF??)" by an overzealous TSA Agent.....with what we went through, I'd bet they pissed away 25+ grand on this terroristic "caper"....

..not football related and would take away from what the hell we are actually here for....

Tell the story on Off the Wall forum.  We are here for both (plus the masochists for PPP) and just keep it in right place.

People need to stop worrying about the tailgaters.

If they wanna dive through a table let them. Jesus christ. Besides.....the majority of people seem to enjoy the reckless videos.

You can think these guys are embarrassing and give Bills fans a bad name. Youre wrong. These nutjobs and their videos are why the outside world think the Bills have the best fans in the country.

When you hear anyone in the media say the Bills have the best fans in the country...its not because you bought your season tickets for the 12th year straight.

I do understand the concern inside the stadium though. We cant have drunk fans falling off the 2nd level and fighting. Outside...do whatever you want. Inside...sure if you get reckless. There will be consequences.

I'm confused by what you're saying. There is no connection between what these idiots are doing outside and what their doing inside? Most of these party junkies are there to party and are in no condition to watch or appreciate the game. In fact I suspect if it wasn't for their tailgating party they wouldn't buy their tickets to begin with.

What happens when someone gets seriously injured, like a paralysing spinal injury?  I would assume public or private lot, a law suit would ensue.  Do private lots carry insurance?   I just started this, so maybe someone has also brought this up.

The private lot owner would be sued. And anyone who contributed to the injury like a fan friend who pushed the injured off the bus  etc etc..........

They likely would try to include Bills(due to Bills have big money) as the injured party was there to see a Bills game. Bills likely would be excluded from the lawsuit because they have no control over what people do on private property, however, you never know how a court will proceed.

Why would the lot owner be sued? The person injured themselves.

Because he allowed the behavior on his property.

The court will determine negligence level if any, and damages, if any.

Landowner will be sued. Bank on it.

True. But then during the lean times (which is really just about the entire history of the team), the only reason many people turned up was to "socialize".

I suspect that if there is a hard clampdown, ticket sales will suffer. Yes, I know some will jump in and say "no, more families will go"...but it's a fine balance.

Lost out to Americans need for financial compensation when the target is rich.

A method of thinking instilled in many Americans by liberals believing we need a socialist democracy. IE: take from rich and give to the poor.

Where else in the world could you be walking on a sidewalk in a residential area looking at your cell phone and trip over an invisible crack in the sidewalk and sue the landowner. And win compensation. ?
