Most of these party junkies are there to party and are in no condition to watch or appreciate the game. Bills likely would be excluded from the lawsuit because they have no control over what people do on private property, however, you never know how a court will proceed. But then during the lean times (which is really just about the entire history of the team), the only reason many people turned up was to "socialize".
