Beane is “Trying Like Hell” To Move Up For a QB

Didn't try hard enough to trump the Jets offer.  Hopefully he pulls something off.

If the Colts were unwilling to move out of the top 10, what was Beane supposed to do?

All the mis-direction being spewed out but the top teams (Browns & Giants) make it difficult to get a feeling about what is possible. The Giant do hold all the cards but if the Browns pull a typical "Browns" draft & take Allen 1st. all bets are off for trade up scenarios. Maybe not all hope but Most.

So beane isn’t the desperate type imo. Very calculated moves. He’s not trying to get to 2 if it’s not available and he’s not getting to 5 if there have been 3 qbs taken. Likely he’s had convos where scenarios have been drawn and hypothetical trades have been made. Like us with the Chiefs last year

Badly, because we settled for second or third best in a year (with the exception of Manuel in a historically BAD year).

So if we trade even to 2, we'll get the 2nd or 3rd best QB.  Hopefully he's better than JP.

Hell No!

Trade draft picks, not players.

Trade draft picks ,  players , even fans  what ever it takes to get our franchise QB ,
