Peterman sets up nicely and has a pro release, but he needs a ton of help reading the field. I'm not ready to give up on him. The only hype I can remember that is based out of an equally irrational exaggeration of a qbs talent was jeff tuel. He too threw ****ty interceptions, see KC.
