With 11 minutes to go if you are conservative, you are giving them almost a full quarter to take the lead. Time is not an issue. Your goal here should extend the lead to two scores  With two scores up and under 5 minutes, they literally have to call timeouts to stop the clock and have to do an onside kick to get the ball back.
