That album was the first I'd heard of the band and I liked it. Enough so that I took a deeper dive into their earlier albums and was surprised how much they reminded me of the Ramones

And then I heard this and was convinced it was a homage to the mighty Ramones

But it's possible I overthink sh!t. Regardless, interesting career arc for the Goo Goo Dolls from punk to Iris.

I like the Goo Goo Dolls in general but A Boy Named Goo was the best version of GGD in my opinion.  I still remember when that came out and they blew up.  Peak 90s!

The ska/pop/rock/punk of the 90's produced some great music

Love this song and video.  Unanimously liked by everyone I know that knows of it

Anyone remember this one from the 90's?

Hadn't heard this one since probably the 90's, but still seems like it could be released now and still be popular.

Oh man, I'll die with a scarred chin from this band hahaha. Possibly a scarred soul.

short story, I got blasted in the mosh pit from a flying elbow.  I had no idea I'd gotten hit so bad, then saw a cute chick and tried to 'put my best foot forward', if you will. I had absolutely no idea I had blood streaming down my front.

My "friends" were watching all this and laughing their asses off.   I could see them watching me hit on this girl, but what absolute #######s!

One ton tomato, I'll eat a one ton tomato

Growing up I think I heard this as one ton of mellow. I also think I grew up with a different version. Either way, good times!
