No charges. However, I emphasize it's from the MYE not FISA because that's a key distinction to draw. The MYE report concluded they didn't have enough evidence to make the case their bias impacted the investigation. Strzok did the same thing during the Russia probe as he did here. So if they don't charge him here does that set up a pattern of behavior they could charge him for later?
