The best player in the NFL last season: @RamsNFL DT Aaron Donald. Full Top 101 list here: http://buff.ly/1rCEHGS

@JoeBuscaglia

Donald was a guy a lot of us liked a lot coming out of Pitt and thought the Bills might take him with the original first round pick they would have used if not for the Watkins trade. That was a loaded draft.

Blake Bortles is #56?!?!

:lol:

I no longer give any credence to this list at all.

None.

It's actually ridiculous how they do the list. I posted in the thread earlier but basically they send out the ballots in October. Every player gets one. They are then asked to rank their top 20 players. Not given names or shown stats or anything. Just rank them. Player 20 gets 1 point, 19 gets 2 and so on.

NFLN then adds up all the points for the players and makes their list of 100 based on points received. Some players may only get 1 or 2 points. But they also aren't clear what they do in case of a tie in points.

Apparently they end up only getting 300-400 of the ballets back, so there are a lot of players who don't fill them out.

Pretty clear the Jags players came out to vote.
