Hopkins and Cooper I would consider, just because Watkins has had nagging injury concerns in the past (college and pro), but Watkins is more talented. Well, he can't use it to get a more expensive one. A good performance may have spurred the Bills to talk new contract now, but now I think they'll wait until later in the 2016 season.
