@BuffaloSabres

Ennis: It's been tough to be out, lots of ups & downs. Felt 100% today, good to be back with the boys. Ready to get back to work.

Coach Bylsma says Cole Schneider & Evan Rodrigues WILL play tomorrow. Rest of the lineup will be revealed tomorrow.

Coach Bylsma says he remembers Rodrigues' camp well - tenacious, hardworking. He's played well for @AmerksHockey to earn call-up.

On Ennis, Bylsma says it's a big step for him to be back with the team. Won't get a game but goal has been to get him back to full health.

What's the consensus around here on Ennis? Do we think his return is a significant addition next season, or would we prefer he moves on?

i think he can be a significant addition. Everyone struggled first half of the year...Ennis included. Everything was new..new coach, new system, new linemates..

Moulson looks cooked, but i like the menace to have a bounce back year.

Maybe the best approach to take on Ennis is that he is a bonus player for us next year. He has demonstrated in his career that he can score and that he can make plays. Does he fit in with this current team? I believe so. But even if the GM doesn't believe that he is a good fit he has performed in this league where he has some trade value.

This team has been adding big bodies to its roster where it can compete physically with most teams. What this team needs to do is add some scorers and finishers to make this a more complete roster. My preference is to keep Ennis and hope that he can regain his scoring touch. That is what this team needs.

And he's still only 26, even though it feels like he's been here since the Reagan administration. If his head is ok, he's a highly skilled player who should be right near his prime.

Thanks for the responses, guys. I've always liked Ennis and the skill he brings...now that there are some pieces around him he could flourish, knowing he doesn't have the pressure of trying to be the top scorer.
