DrDawkinstein
Keith Ellison is the player that sums it all up for me. Ha ha, he was on my list (as was Donald Jones, about every TE, Tim Anderson, and a bunch of other stiffs) Eddie Robinson being faked out of his jock by an injured and even slower than usual Chad Pennington automatically makes him Defensive Captain Found it... chris heff
We know, I suggested earlier it may be fun to do the opposite. What is the worst possible lineup that you can construct of guys that started at least 10 games. Wayne took an unbelievable first pass at it. That is a painful list. Thank God it's almost five o'clock.

Oh man, I think that a handful of plays summed up the last 15 years and that is one. Nick Folk's back-to-back bombs in 2007 (think '07) and McGee's kick return before halftime against the Saints in San Antonio in 2005 are the others to me. TakeYouToTasker
... This is probably the most depressing thread I've ever read on TBD, and that's really saying something.
Kelly the Dog
Brad Butler was actually a fairly decent player. I second the Terrence McGee play as the best KR I ever saw. Sucked he didn't score.
sullim4
Let's give it a go (minimum 10 games started): QB: Alex Van Pelt (he would later become a horrible OC) RB: FB: WR1 Donald Jones WR2: Josh Reed OT: Demtress Bell OG: Derrick Dockery C: Duke Preston OG: Brad Butler OT: Kirk Chambers or Mike Williams TE: Derek Schouman DE: Ryan Denney DT: Larry Triplett DT: Tim Anderson DE: Chris Kelsay LB: Keith Ellison LB: Kelvin Sheppard LB: John DiGiorgio CB: CB: SS: FS: Ko Simpson that's what I have so far... TE Robert Royal (can't believe nobody's mentioned him yet) P Shawn Powell (I think he meets the 10 game minimum) LB Jeff Posey

sullim4
Reggie Corner. Whoever that RB was behind Fred and Spiller under Chan. Tashard Choice? I don't think he made the minimum 10 game guideline. But, yeah...
Mike in Horseheads
Tashard Choice? I don't think he made the minimum 10 game guideline. But, yeah... Good ole Tasters choice...I used to scream at the TV why the F is he in there.

TASHARD, you're cut! The rest of you guys are put on notice. Get your heads in the game!" Tashard Choice? I don't think he made the minimum 10 game guideline. But, yeah... Close enough, he played quite a bit when Fred got hurt.

I have to disagree with Josh Reed. He was underrated and under-appreciated by Bills' fans. Guy could catch a ball in traffic with his teeth. Truth is, he had a bad year or two, when he was forced into the #1 WR role and pressed a bit too hard. And, to be honest, I think he smoked entirely too much pot, based on how he sounded in interviews. But the man was fearless and blocked like a mofo. Maybe he wasn't suited to the #1 role and wilted under the pressure to do so. But he was hardly a bust.

Dragonborn10
WOW, is that team horrible!!! Bookends of Bell and Chambers?!?Coy Wire at safety or LB I have to disagree with Josh Reed. I liked Lee, too, but he was a guy who didn't break tackles. Josh was a very good YAC guy. Unfortunately the Bills didn't use him much on crossing patterns where he was a killer. drnykterstein
Let's give it a go (minimum 10 games started): CB : Reggie Corner, Ashton Youboty (or maybe McGee .. I never loved McGee) SS : Coy Wire started 16 games in 2002 At QB can we please please please have JP or Trent? They were such an iconic representation of how terrible those teams were. Van Pelt was never meant to be a starter, he just filled in because no one else could. JP and Trent ruined lives. Josh was a very good YAC guy. Unfortunately the Bills didn't use him much on crossing patterns where he was a killer. Lee Evans almost never had an opportunity to break tackles. Reed had some non-sense mythology about being a YAC guy. That is only because he played RB at LSU. In fact he was awful with the ball in his hands.
