I know everyone makes fun of the free **** but I really would like to know if he has given any details regarding free college. How is that going to work. Will the Federal Government run the university system? Will they reimburse people for their college expenses? What colleges will the cover? Here in CA will it be the UC system? State University system? Will the pay for Cal State Hayward (or sorry Cal State East Bay) and Stanford? Can someone point me to where he plans on making this work.
