They're letting the players have fun, isn't that what we as fans want? What exactly is fun about it? They continue to add annoying things like this to the draft that most fans don't care about. Just do the draft, that's all fans want. All this other crap is just fluff that IMO is not needed I also hate the music played at baseball games for different players as they walk to the plate It actually seems cheesy to me. That's all. I can see it now Buck Cherry/Crazy B word. I think LT Joe Thomas of the Browns had the right idea, he went fishing with his Dad instead. I heard of at least 2 invites, Anthony Barr and Zack Martin, who decided not to attend the draft and instead watch from home, mentioning that there was a strict limit on how many family members/friends/coaches could attend and they preferred a more relaxed atmosphere.
