What team is most likely to go from last place this year to first place next year ?

In fact, in each of the past 11 seasons, at least one squad has gone from division chump to division champ.

Buffalo is the 4th most likely team

4) Buffalo Bills

The Bills have a very, very good defensive line -- they were second in the NFL with 57 sacks -- plus a good left tackle in Cordy Glenn and two solid running backs in C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson. I also expect quarterback EJ Manuel, who just finished an injury-marred rookie season, to take a step forward.

Buffalo, which has the ninth overall pick in the draft, has a relatively easy road schedule on tap next season. I think the Bills have the potential to win more than they lose. Still, will they be able to elbow aside the New England Patriots in the AFC East? That's doubtful.

i do not see it. also, i am not seeing any "easy" road games. all the road temas will be improved. we are still a major work in progress. the qb spot is suspect at best right now. our wr and te spots do not inspire fear. our o-line needs upgrades. the special teams were just brutal. hate to say it but we aint improving much for at least 2 years. just saying...

Houston, they were 13-3 last year and know they're getting Johny Football and will be back on top. Looks liked they pulled a colts.

Houston is not drafting Manziel #1 overall. Stop.

Also, Richie Incognito, for good reason, is going to be out of the league. He is a petty thug whom I would not want on the Buffalo Bills.

Are you a contrarian for effect?

Why are there 9 teams listed in the article? Was someone tied for last place?

Just read the article. He addresses with the NFC South he wanted to point out the Bucs and the Falcons. He prerogative as it's his column. I like Gil on the radio, but he is always Mr. Positive and very complimentary of many teams. He over states the progress expected from EJ. I'm not against EJ, but if you look at Cam Newton, it was year 3 where he put it together. As long as EJ makes progress next year and manages games well with few mistakes, I'm happy as patient. If he makes no progress we go back to the well in 2015 draft.

I still would like to grab a QB in the second or third round especially if we trade back and get a #1, two #2's, and a 3rd like this year. That was an excellent move on Whaley's part that paid off.

Bridgewater is obviously better now but if Casey returns to form then he is, But it's hard to say if he will get the reps he needs to get better.

This is why you get such a hard time on this board. The universally accepted top QB prospect in the draft for the last 2 years you like less than a drug addict that will go undrafted that was kicked off his team? You suggested trading Mario Williams for John Skelton!! You seem like a nice enough guy and maybe you make the assertions to elicit a response but no one on here takes anything that you say seriously.

It is one thing to like off the radar guys and that is actually quite refreshing. It's another thing to like these off the radar guys more than the guy that will go 1 overall. It is like saying, "Khalil Mack will be okay but if I had my pick of 1 UB OLB, I would take Bell. I think that he will be better if given the chance." That is not going out on a limb; it is just making a false statement. It just continues to further damage what little credibility you have amongst the other posters.
