Woody Johnson: Rex Ryan will coach Jets next season

 

Rex Ryan is staying in New York.

 

Jets owner Woody Johnson told reporters Sunday that Ryan will be back for the 2014 season on the heels of New York's 20-7 win over the Miami Dolphins.

 

"We're going to keep Rex Ryan, and he'll be our coach next year," Johnson said, also adding. "I couldn't be prouder of this team."

I like Rex ryan. Straight shooter and has done a heck of a job. I would be thrilled if he ever became the bills coach.

My foggy memory believes we Bills fans once pined for him as our HC. Of course, I could be mistaken..

Is Chud a blowhard like Marrone or was he simply fired because of the poor record? One year seems harsh but if you have talented players and can't motivate them, then it is a time saver.
