BillsFanM.D.
Thankfully it wasn't "that" Terrell. Never happier to see us sign a player I've never heard of.

nucci
Why would any of you think the Bills would sign TO? Really?
Buffalo Bob
Any reason why another WR was needed? You never want to be shorthanded at WR or DB unless you want to invite injury.
peterlaw
A bizarre signing. Perhaps Doug is content with the O Line and hates our WR group.
Damond Talbot
http://nfldraftdiamonds.com/buffalo-bills-sign-fastest-wr-in-the-draft/ Terrell was a very good player at Northern Iowa.

3rdand12
i would imagine there is more to come as the scouts stay diligent. 4.19 is silly fast for 200 # 6 ". a trend ?

1B4IDie
Doesn't hurt to have 3 guys that 6' 190s and run under 4.3. Although it would be tough for Seinfeld to make the 53 having that speed on the practice Squad could be nice. Although we got long pRe season before that happens. NoSaint
i would imagine there is more to come as the scouts stay diligent. 4.19 is silly fast for 200 # 6 ". a trend ? Wasnt this the guy that hand clocked that in a report but it became pretty solidly accepted it was like 4.4 as others chimed in? I remember a sub 4.2 getting a ton of coverage for a small school guy then "oh nevermind" Either way, in August it's good to have fresh legs running patterns Edit: Actually, this article says the tape put him at 4.16 on that run. It was the same story but I only followed the first day or two. Kids fast but I think it's purely a guy to run deep for practice. He didnt have huge college production for a guy that might have that speed at a small school, and has been signed/cut since the draft. Always hope for a surprise though. http://www.foxsportswisconsin.com/nfl/green-bay-packers/story/Packers-sign-fastest-40-yard-dash-runner?blockID=910723 Edited August 3, 2013 by NoSaint
