There's no question that I'm more pleased that the Bills are aggressively filling out their coaching staff with what appear to be intelligent choices--- but coming in 2nd is the large scale defection and dysfunction within the Jest* organization.

Not the most experience coach in the league but has played in the nfl before

 

Thanks for the updated OP with his resume--- he played DE with the Texans from 2006-09, which means he was a teammate of Mario Williams, and of course played the same position. I wonder if that was a consideration of bringing him in?

 

 

Rex thinks David Lee can "fix" Sanchez? Did he see what Lee did for Fitz??

Marrone > Hackett.

Nice style. Quicker Ramp up. Love these here analytical Bills we got now.

These coaches are smart.

they know what the Jets have first hand and realize they will probably have another losing season and Rex will be fired. Thus they will all be out of a job. So why not jump now?

Smart on Pettine part and thus he recruited the other coaches.

I like it if it means the Bills D looks like the Jets D from two years ago!
