He is clearly bashing chan's playcalling saying that Fitz should be more in charge of adjusting calls and more in control of the offense. He says that they are the ones on the field and should have more say in play calling adjustments. I mean honestly that's a shot at both of those guys, he's pretty much saying that Fitz needs to be more aware of what's in front of him and take control. SJ was extremely diplomatic, and simply wants Fitz to have more authority to check out of plays on the field. He does not like losing. It was apparent he was trying to win the game, his effort on the INT/Fumble play showed that he was not giving up. We lost, and he is upset.
