As for Flynn, you think he would even consider coming here and backing up Fitz? Crazy. He's going to start somewhere and make starter money. The only reason he's still available is because Manning is still out there dragging his feet. Once he signs, Flynn will get multiple offers. We called Manningham, but he went to SF first...so yes, I know that already, but we need to put the full court press on now is what I am saying. We had all out attention internally on Williams (and rightfully so), so now we need to get on the phone and get some more people in here like Manningham. And Flynn would not be in to just back up Fitz, he could be brought in to compete with Fitz for the starting gig. Love him or hate him, there is no denying he has not ever put up a consistent season. Manningham would be a good signing. For the draft I don't think there is any question we could go with left tackle. In the middle rounds, more linebackers or even another defensive end. I don't know what makes you think makes Manningham is a WR2. His stock is artificially high because of the Superbowl catch and all the other wideouts have been scooped up.
