  1. I think we are all good there.
  2. weird that McD didn't say anything about that on Monday when asked about injuries to players from the game.
  3. McD did not mention anything about this in his Monday injury updates, at least not from what I heard. The Bills typically don't run well when they don't use the right TYPE of runs...they can gash teams with under center runs often times but Dorsey seems hesitant to use them far too often and instead goes with shotgun runs which have limited success rates. And if they want to run from the shotgun, Dorsey should go back to the Kelly era Bills and study the counter trey out of the shotgun since that was a staple they ran and it was highly effective...not this hand the ball off up the middle crap that goes nowhere most times.
  4. That was an easy stroll to the garage that turned into a nail biter for no other reason than Allen wasn't happy with a 27-10 type win, he wanted to make it 55-0
  5. I mean there are times when its Diggs and Knox or Diggs and Davis. Are you saying they don't know what route they are supposed to run?
  6. Unlikely when it's happening with this type of frequency.
  7. Yes, that's fair, but I also take issue with spacing on some of these plays. There was one play in particular where 4 Bills were within 10 yards of each other in the pass patterns with a bunch of defenders all in the same area too...it was literally like the Bills said "We want to force you defend as few blades of grass as possible!" while there were huge open areas of the field with nothing but space. This isn't the first game it's been mentioned either...a few times you'll see a ball end up being incomplete and 2 receivers will be literally right next to each other or even sometimes he will complete it and it's hard to tell who he was actually throwing to since both receivers are in the same general area.
  8. Just goes to show how hard the Bills are to beat even when everything is stacked against them.
  9. I used to think she was super hot back when I was a teenage watching Three's Company.
  10. File a lawsuit against them personally and I bet it will stop real quick.
  11. Did Tre get the same surgery that has Aaron Rodgers WAY ahead of the traditional timetable for return? Apparently Rodgers is 3x further along and some are saying he could even be back by December now. This new procedure comes with a 12-14 week timetable for a return to play according to the doctor who performed it. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/jets-aaron-rodgers-on-pace-for-unprecedented-return-possibly-as-soon-as-week-15-injury-expert-says/
  12. He also had Shakir wide open on an out on the play I bolded that probably would have gotten at least 15 yards. My question from what I was watching was...is Allen having issues setting line protections against certain looks? Seemed very similar to Bengal playoff gameplan where multiple OLinemen were standing around blocking nobody while 2 guys got near immediate pressure several times. And further, is Allen even setting protection calls or is Morse still handling that like he did when Josh first got here?
  13. Which basically furthers my thought that this was a personal vendetta against him some officers had.
  14. I think our best bet would be for a team like Miami to take out either KC or Cincy and then we end up playing them.
  15. I had another far more interesting stop happen in Lancaster on my way home from a friends house around 1am once where I basically asked the cop if it was illegal to be driving at 1am when he couldn't give me a reason why he pulled me over.
  16. I almost asked them to have their sergeant come out and file a complaint but I didn't feel like waiting another hour or however long it would have taken for all that to happen and I was tired and just wanted to get home.
  17. I got stopped leaving work one night because I worked down by the Broadway Market and it was already dark since it was around this time of year and I was getting off at 8pm-ish. The police stopped me and asked what I was doing down there. Told them I was leaving work to go home. They asked where I worked. Mind you, I had my work clothes on that showed exactly where I worked so I just pointed to the logo... Then they said "Oh, we just wanted to check because there are a lot of white people who come down here at this time of night to buy drugs and we wanted to make sure that wasn't what you were doing down here." I looked at them and asked them "What was your probable cause to pull me over?" They said "Have a nice night." and walked away.
  18. It's not anti-woman, it's simply knowing how things work oftentimes. When the cat's away, the mice will play so to speak...and I know guys who cheated on their women in similar situations on "guy's nights out" as well, so it definitely goes both ways.
  19. I was growing up too. However in 99.8% of cases, the person can resolve it on their own. The issue really just comes down to "how big a margin of error do you have in terms of food choices"? Some people have a giant margin for error and can virtually eat whatever they want without too many negative effects. Some people have a very low margin for error. At the end of the day it virtually all comes down to insulin sensitivity/insulin resistance. People who are having issues losing weight need to stop focusing on calories and start focusing on eating foods that will not spike insulin. Calories are important at the end of the day but the TYPE of calories are more important. Insulin is a storage hormone and while it's active fat burning is basically shut off. Normally insulin rises and then quickly falls once cells take in the glucose from the bloodstream. In insulin resistant people the cells basically ignore the signal and it takes far longer for the glucose to get into the cells, meaning insulin is active for much longer. I could write a dissertation on this topic as I have repeatedly lost weight gained from winter "bulking" via these methods quickly and efficiently. Most recently, I lost 65 lbs in about 6 months going from 245 lbs to 180 lbs, although this time it was a result of me completely falling off the wagon this time last year with diet and exercise. Currently working to get to 165 lbs and 10% Bodyfat then start slowly adding muscle from there. In general, if you follow these rules you will resolve any insulin related issues: 1) Prioritize 7-8 hours of sleep every night, including staying on as close to the same sleep schedule as you can. Lack of sleep screws up hormones BADLY and in favor of becoming insulin resistant and fat storing. 2) If it comes in a bag or a box and has more than 1 ingredient, don't eat it. 3) If it has sugar or High Fructose Corn Syrup(HFCS) in it, don't drink it. Drink water. Lots of water. Flavor it at first if you must. 4) Eat quality, complex, slow burning, fiber containing carbs - oatmeal, sweet potatoes, basmati/brown rice, beans, lentils, chickpeas, etc... 5) Prioritize 1-1.2g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Protein is the MOST important macro for weight loss for 2 reasons: It has the highest Thermic Effect of any macronutrient at 30-40%, meaning your body must expend calories to enable the protein to be used It helps to maintain as much muscle as possible while losing weight and ensures the weight lost is predominantly fat. The goal shouldn't be to lost weight, it should be to lose fat. Losing lean body mass is NOT what you want to as great a degree as possible 6) Try to eat the color of the rainbow everyday in terms of fruits and vegetables(especially vegetables). The different colors denote different nutrients and anti-oxidants the body needs. 7) Alcohol is the equivalent of a tornado on a building for losing weight. Try to keep it to a minimum of 2 nights a week and 2 drinks on those nights. I personally will not drink while I am training, I work too hard to lose 50% of the result or more. 8 ) Focus on short, intense resistance training 20-30 minutes 4x a week and walking. Just walking. Only cardio you ever need. It is a tremendous burner of fat and vastly underrated. I personally am also a huge believer in fasting and I follow a 5:2 fasting protocol which means I don't eat twice a week. This has a massive positive effect on insulin sensitivity and other metabolic factors. It's not necessary, but it definitely enhances results and efficiency.
  20. This is likely the more plausible explanation from my experience in seeing how women work when they are out and about together without their man. I know more than one friend who found out their girlfriend had a one night stand with a rando when they went out on "girls night out".
  21. I think you want all-22...or are you assuming 1 side of the ball was short a player on every play?
  22. Haven't seen the new Mahomes/Reid StateFarm commercial I take it...
  23. Even if this was the case, they have no basis for pulling anyone over on private property.
  24. Not really, but I don't feel like having to give you more science to digest. That's enough for one day.
