    Teams initially tried that. It went badly. Worse than when they did what the Bills did. Also disrupted every other thing they do...meetings, practices, injury treatments, etc. Let's not pretend the Bills just made this up out of thin air, it's become standard practice because of how things went for the other teams when they went earlier.

    You are not considering the other factors that are equally as important like routine for practice and meetings and injury treatment facilities and the players being in their own beds for as long as possible.

    I think Allen thinks he would rather complete the pass and ensure a completion rather than make a riskier throw and potentially miss.

    The NFL teams who have already tried this many times, making this an apples to apples comparison to the Bills don't care about your oranges to apples comparison you are trying to make.

    Why would they be on Eastern Standard time when they are further away than California that is 3 hours behind? At minimum they should be 3 hours ahead of NYC.

    I mean I can't question anything with the number of injuries we had today. It looked straight up unacceptable.

    They will get in, the D will still be middle of the pack at worst which means the offense will only win by 10 instead of like 4 TDs.

    Nope, I said the same thing...that took points off the board. Bills would have been in FG range with that one and it would have been either a first down or 3rd and inches.

    Teams have tried pretty much everything from going over super early to going how the Bills did. If it worked better going over early, teams would still be doing that since that's what they initially tried. It was found to have the LEAST effect on performance going over late which is the standard protocol now, but it's still significant.

    The season they went 11-6 and lost 9-6 to the Jags. Statistically they were MUCH worse than Dorsey's offense last year.

    So we have a bunch of injuries from this game that are serious and I am sure we will have 3 or 4 players that finished the game that will not play next week as usual. Must lead the NFL in that over the last few years. It's ridiculous

    Actually it would have because the Bills should have blown this Jags team based on what I saw.

    Execution is...playcalls only are complained about when the execution fails.

    If this game was an actual home game the Jags would have been blown out, IMO.

    He hasn't played in a long time and he looked pretty good late in the year last season... Bills can blame themselves for that one.
