  1. I've seen his name mentioned a few times. I would love to see him sign with the Bills. Seems like an up and coming young player.
  2. Nassib can outrun Tom Brady (5.06 to 5.28 in the 40).
  3. Many great QBs were slower than Molasses. 40 times don't mean anything for a pocket passer. (not saying Nassib is any good, simply that I would not immediately discount him because he is slow. Joe Flacco just won a Superbowl and is the highest paid QB in the league and he would not outrun a glacier).
  4. Well, then I would like a discounted price for my season ticket cost for 2013.
  5. Oops. Yes. I meant Chiefs. I will correct it.
  6. No Thanks.
  7. Really seems like a win-win for the bills. They drive up the cost for the Chiefs and they eliminate the Chiefs from needing to draft a QB early
  8. For 2 second round picks, I am glad the Bills lost out.
  9. The only problem with the trade up scenario is the cost. If we take a WR at 8, then trade our 2 and 3 to get back into Rd1 to get a QB, now we have no 3rd round pick. And in fact, a trade into the mid 20's or Rd1 will probably cost much more than that. Probably similar to the Losman deal, our 2 and 5 this year and our 1 next. No Thanks. Take the best QB available at 8. Take the best LB and WR available at 2 and 3 respectively.
  10. I think we will sign a couple of the ex Jets (Pace, Scott, Eric Smith and Mike Devito) I'd also like a solid LB like Mauluga and a WR (Hartline, Amendola, Henderson) and a veteran OG to replace Levitre
  11. Bowe re-signing in KC is very good news for the other UFA wide receivers.
  12. Thats fine as long as you realize that you will be taking thje 6th or 7th best QB in your board if you wait until pick 41. If we try to trade up from 41 to the Bottom of R1, then we will be sacrificing other picks that could be useful to help fill the many holes on the roster. I just don't it is smart to go another season without seriously addressing the QB position. Waiting until 41, IMHO, seems to late to get anything of value at the postion. I would prefer to take a QB in Rd1. I think we are in a position where we have to 'reach' a little bit for a guy we like. But at 8, there is a good chance that we have the chance at the #1 QB in the draft. It is a no brainer that we take him. Even in Geno is gone, we almost have to take the next guy on the board.
  13. I think if the Bills could lock up Levitre for $4m per year, they'd give him a 10 year deal and sign it today. I expect him to be asking for 8 and will probably sign for 5-6 years at around $7-7.5m per.
  14. The same can be said for all of my posts. LOL. Congrats on the milestone.
  15. Look at the pictures in the link. The 3rd picture looks like a completely different person.
  16. might help with recruiting free agents.
  17. Exactly, the Top NFL free agents will never, ever sign with the BIlls. Signed, Mario WIlliams
  18. Fitz has got to go. Rip off the bandaid and move on.
  19. Unless a OG is the only player the team needs, I think it is a bad idea to spend a top 10 pick on one. Spend high picks on premium positions (QB, LT, DE, CB, WR, RB, etc). Guards are generally left tackles who were just not good enough to play LT in the NFL
  20. weren't there reports that Russ was going to meet Byrd and Levitre's agents at the combine? I wonder if this just means that the Bills have not made a formal offer yet but that they have spoken?
  21. I would be quite happy if they pulled this off.
  22. Good Idea. A whole bunch of weapons and nobody to get the ball to them. Sounds kind of like trying to protect your house by buying a case of bullets without owning a gun.
  23. Nice article. Thanks for posting.
