  1. Yeah Gurley will def be a star if his knee holds up. He was my favorite player to watch in CFB the last couple years, so bummed when he got hurt. Bust: Brett Hundley - Maybe he doesn't count because he could be a 3rd-4th rounder but I just don't see him being able to play in the NFL. Sleeper: Paul Dawson - Blows my mind that most don't have him going in the 1st, dude is a beast!
  2. Love DGB and was hoping for the off chance that he'd fall to 50, before we got Percy. Now that the free agency dust has settled it really has to be best OL available. Although I'd be thrilled if we got Benardrick but there's no way he's there at 50.
  3. I am a little worried about G but I'm sure they have a plan. I am kinda hoping they go into the draft needing a TE - Williams, Walford and O'Leary all look very legit and one if not all of them should be available at #50.
  4. I'm really going to miss Kiko but having a backfield of Shady, Freddy and Boobie is very exciting.
  5. Awesome vid, does anybody know who gave that speech that was in the middle? It kinda sounded like Ray Lewis but I'm hoping it was one of our boys cause damn, that was inspiring!
  6. Being able to play QB at a decent level in the NFL is a lot more impressive than running around and catching a few balls, no matter how spectacular you may look doing it. There's just so much more that goes in to playing QB, which is why there's only like 10-15 guys in the entire world that can do it very well.
  7. It really is amazing how great this class has been, the top 4 (Watkins, Evans, Beckham, Benjamin) are already some of the best in the league and will most likely be stars for the next 10 years. When you look at the second tier as well its crazy that the WR class wasn't really that big of a story leading up to the draft. I remember some people mentioning it was a strong class but 4 superstars and 5 more excellent starters?! That being said, anyone who says they'd prefer any of the others over Watkins is fooling themselves. Beckham is closest but his success depends almost entirely on his elite speed and athleticism which will fade over time and is susceptible to even very minor injuries. Evans plays against 2nd corners and Benjamin gets targeted like 20 times a game so their stats are inflated. Yeah we paid a hefty price but having a superstar like Sammy for the next 10+ years is going to be very sweet.
  8. I could tell Graham had a good game but wow "only the third perfect grade in the three years that ‘Upon Further Review’ has been running" -Could end up being one of the best free agent signings this offseason!
  9. Yeah he definitely got burned on that Bennett TD but I thought he showed good instincts on that fumble recovery in the 2nd quarter. It looked like that ball could have easily bounced out of bounds if Brown hadn't reacted so quickly and snagged it like he did.
  10. We know Freddie and CJ have a bond but it was cool to see how Fred was so excited for CJ when he scored and was one of the first to go congratulate him and vice versa when Freddie had that epic OT run.
  11. Dareus is not that much worse than the guys you mentioned and he filled a huge need. Williams has been awesome since the move to safety. Sheppard was traded for Jerry Hughes. That's a net of 3 pro-bowl level players plus a solid starter in Searcy. If you look at teams' whole drafts instead of just picking out players that turned out to be better than people thought, I'd say we had one of the strongest drafts of 2011.
  12. This is this same delusion that people use to justify paparazzi invading privacy- "if you don't want cameras shoved up your skirt then don't become famous." Just stop. These people seem to think that when a person reaches some level of salary/fame, any and all personal information should be available to anyone who wants it. You have it backwards - if you need to know these people's most personal and private details just don't be a fan, no one is forcing you. Don't say that they should quit their jobs because they want a little privacy.
  13. Mr. Big Stuff Marcell Dareus!! By the end of the season his off-field issues will be forgotten and we'll be talking about what a stud our boy is once more!
  14. There's too much talent on the team to go completely winless, especially with veteran warriors that never quit like Freddy & Kyle. 16-0 is much more likely than 0-16.
  15. Yeah, while EJ certainly can make or break the season I think Hackett is the man to blame for last season's offensive struggles. With such high caliber RB's and solid line they should be able to be productive as long as the QB doesn't play as bad as Tuel did last year (that KC loss was his fault not Hack's). Since Hackett is so young it is reasonable to be hopeful that he'll improve. If he does and there isn't much of a drop off from Pettine to Schwartz, our Bills will easily be in playoff contention.
