I agree about the Fitz part...He's a Coach killer for certain... Still I doubt very much, man of his word or not, that Buddy can allow Chan to survive this mess...It just got too out of control this season...I'm still in favor of a clean sweep...3 for 3...Fitz, Nix, and Gailey gone...A man can dream after all...

It's early...But right now I think Glennon is the clear favorite for The Bills (assuming Geno Smith is gone), with Tyler Wilson as a remote possibility...I think the drop-off comes after Wilson in this Draft, though Landry Jones is moving up fast...But it is still very early in the process...We'll see...

I don't know Joe...Those off-the-record comments from Jets players are a serious red-flag...Those players did not just say Tebow had issues learning the Offense well enough, or something like that...They said he was terrible...They basically said he can't play QB...These are guys who play with Sanchez every Sunday, and they're saying you cannot play Tebow because he sucks so bad???...Tebow has to be pretty awful in practice if players rush to the aid of Sanchez over him...Because Sanchez sucks!...Just saying... Tebow would not have to say a single word and it would still be a circus...He's a celebrity...And yes he's a decent guy...But have you not heard about the internal ESPN memo's concerning Tebow? How there is no such thing as enough Tebow coverage...ESPN is covering his Training Camp LIVE...It's a circus period...Not Tebow's fault...But it is what it is...

I don't know what to tell you about your evaluation on Smith...We'll see...Is he Luck or RGIII? No, not quite...Is he an athletic QB who is known to be an excellent study? Absolutely...Has he completed over 71% of his passes as a Sr? Yes...Is he athletic enough to run some of the read-option that RGII, and Russell Wilson are running so effectively? Sure he is... As far as the Defense vs. the QB situation, the raw numbers simply do not support going with Defense vs. QB when it comes to winning Teams in the NFL...It takes 11 guys on Defense too, whereas one QB, a good QB, makes a world of difference...Of the 16 Teams with at least 8 wins so far this season, 9 of them have QB's in the top 10 in either Passer Rating, Total QBR, or both...A more telliing stat is that 14 of those 16 teams have a QB ranking at least 14th in the league in either Passer Rating or Total QBR...That's 87%... Of those same 16 teams, 7 have Defenses in the top 10, but 7 also have Defenses ranked 19th or worse...4 of those 16 teams have Defenses ranked 26th or worse... Also, it should be pointed out that one of those QB's with a poor Passer Rating (31st) is Andrew Luck...And we all know how good that kid already is, and will be... So anyway...The QB MUST come 1st...Then the Defense can be further addressed...The better the QB, the more you can get away with an average, to below average Defense...But start with the QB...It's proven to work...

I seriously cannot believe than ANY Bills Fan would want Te'o over Geno Smith...It makes me question whether or not some of you have been actually watching Bills Games, or the NFL for that matter, over the past few year...And it's nothing against Te'o either...I like Te'o...But he's an ILB...And he's not Patrick Willis either...Plus he has not run on the clock yet...There are Scouts who feel Te'o has 4.7-4.8 speed...That will matter in the NFL...IF, and this is a HUGE if...IF Te'o runs in the 4.5-4.6 range then and only then will he be a consideration...Still though it should not matter when compared with Smith...We need a QB... The Bills need a Franchise QB...Period...That is by far the #1 need...It's not even close...Geno Smith has tremendous upside... He's athletic, great arm, he's a student of the game...Over 70% completions in College...Seriously folks...

WTF is wrong with Jerry Richardson? I lived in Charlotte for 20 years and I swear I never heard a complaint about the guy since day #1 of that Franchise...He's a pretty incredible human being too...

I still think Gailey steps down after the last game...Gailey is a pretty stand-up guy, like him or not...He's said time and again this is a result oriented business...He's also said quite a few times he really has no answers for what has gone on here...I think he'll see clearly he's not getting the necessary results and save Buddy the grief of having to fire him...Just my opinion...

The rigid thinking that led the Bills to believe that they needed a speed WR more in the 3rd Round than a legit QB prospect like Williams, or even Cousins, speaks volumes about the way Buddy and Chan are leading this Organization...It's just bad judgement WAY too often..And worse, it's bad judgement concerning the most important position in the league...They both have to go...

Exactly...This has been Buddy's biggest mistake...And the main reason why I don't think the guy has what it takes to be a good GM...If you can't understand the importance of the QB position in the NFL...And the need to continue to at least TRY to get better there...Well...IMHO you've got no business being an NFL GM... Sorry Buddy...You've got to go...

I agree about the top of this Organization...But only to a point...Up to the point where they hired Nix and Gailey... Since then I blame those two, and especially Nix...I've been saying it for 3 years now...Get freaking serious about the QB position...I mean REAL serious, not Draft one in 3 years and that was a 7th rounder serious...Look at what Seattle has done in the same time at QB...They're not messing around...They want a top QB and they were willing to try as many times as it took to get one... Nix and Gailey thought Fitz would be good enough...Heck they still may feel that way...It's like they said...OK...We're done here at QB...We've got the Amish Rifle...It's all good!!! There is no excuse for their blind Fitz love, or their lack of ability to properly scout QB's like Dalton, Kaepernick, and Wilson...Just plainly unacceptable...Period...Get rid of them both...

Nix did say that some teams Draft by size, speed, etc...he talked about Parcells Drafting that way... But Nix said "I firmly believe that winners come in all sizes." Dalton, Kaepernick, and Wilson could all have EASILY been Drafted by The Bills with no more than a 2nd Round Pick...And only subtracting either Aaron Williams, or TJ Graham off this Roster...That is just sickening to think about...It makes me physically ill...
