I swear I don't mean any offense...But..Really? I thought everyone and their mother knew that was a done deal the minute the Houston GM stepped aside?... You're gonna plant your flag on that?... Okey doke...

I am definitely not a TT supporter...Though I really do respect the guy...It's a weird relationship... I was not a Fitz fan at all...Or a Flutie fan...I did like RJ...Until I didn't... Pat Mahomes was the best QB prospect I've studied since Andrew Luck and I think he has a Brett Favre-like ceiling... I really liked DeShaun Watson too...I felt he did nothing to earn the drop in ranking from when he was widely considered the #1 overall prospect after his 1st National Championship effort vs Alabama...Then he follows it up with the win the following year and ends up going #12 overall? Never made any sense to me...I know his Jr year was not perfect...But when the lights were brightest he was amazing...I would have been thrilled with Mahomes or Watson last year...Giddy actually... I also thought EJ Manuel was a good risk, especially with a trade down, and continued to think he could eventually figure it out...Dead wrong there... I want the Bills to Draft a QB in the 1st...I'm honestly OK with any of the top 6 because I think they all have strengths, and they all are going to require some work and patience...I really like Mayfield and Darnold...And I'm higher on Rudolph then most because he's got a rare weapon with that down-the-field accuracy...I also think Rudolph is a McD kind of kid...And if I had to make a bet right now I would put my money on Rudolph being the guy...Mostly because it likely won't take a ton to get into position to get him, if a trade up is necessary at all...And I do think the Bills want and need to keep as many picks as they can...

I voted for Jackson, but I actually don't mind either... In fact I look at all the top 6 guys about the same way...In REAL general terms of course...They all have abilities that could make them top 5 QB's in the league...And they all have issues that...if not addressed properly...will result in them never reaching their potential... I don't worry much about Rudolph's arm...He can make all the throws...He needs refinement...But I don't see anything in his make-up that leads me to believe he can't do it...I don't think you can overlook his career production in College...He ran a VERY potent Passing Offense and he ran it well... Jackson is so dynamic...I look at him very similarly to the way I looked at Watson last year...Not that they are the same player...because they are not...But how do you bet against that kid? I do worry a bit about his down-the-field accuracy...He was all over the place at times...But he's got the arm...And I think he'll work really hard... Give me either one at #21 and I'd be thrilled...Not saying either will work out...Just saying...

I don't hate him at all...I think he's got some real nice things to work with, and some things he certainly needs work on... It's been my opinion for a while now that Rudolph is the Bills guy...It's a lot of connecting dots...But I think he's the guy they want...I really do...

Having a healthy Glenn would be huge... But I can't help but think McBeane are going to try to dangle him and Shaq before the Draft to try and move up...

I have no idea who is going to be there yet...Way too early to tell... But I do think I know this... The Bills will LOVE Vea...I doubt he will last that long...But...Take it to the bank, they are going to love that kid... As for the QB's...I actually think it's going to be a little...a little... more simple than most feel...I think you can forget about Darnold, Rosen, and Allen...They will be gone, and even though I think the Bills will be willing to move up, I don't think they will be willing to give up what it will take to get in a spot for any of those 3...And I'm not necessarily saying those three are the best three...I am saying I think they will be the first three taken and all in the top 10...Maybe even in the top 5... The next two figure to be Mayfield and Jackson...These two will get pushed down a bit due to size and skill set...Not much mind you...But there are teams that will not take either due to factors outside of actual performance...So because Darnold, Rosen, and Allen are already going to go higher, I think both go somewhere in the 8-20 area...But either could possibly slide to the Bills at #21 if things fall right...And I think, despite some of the off-field things we've heard about Mayfield, and the knocks on Jackson, the Bills will be VERY interested both... I think there is at least a 50/50 chance (right now) the Bills can just sit where they pick and Draft Mason Rudolph...I know most folks don't grade Rudolph as high as the others...But his stock will rise...He's 6-5, threw for almost 5000 yds as a Sr, 65% completions, with a 4-1 TD/INT ratio...He's going to need some time and seasoning for sure...So the Bills would be well advised to grab a vet if TT is gone (which I expect)... If somehow...Someway...They can come out of the 1st with one of the top 6 QB's, and a top D-Lineman, I'm not sure Bills fans can ask for much more than that... So...My way-too-early guess is Rudolph and a D-Lineman in the 1st...

For sure QB is the #1 need... The Bills will need a better vet to fill in next year for TT...There will be plenty of options...Look at what the Jets got out of Josh McCown, and the Vikes got out of Keenum...This is 100% do-able...Today's game proved all the Bills need is a QB that can make a couple big throws, even against a great (and that J-Ville D is great) D to win a Playoff game...It also proved you don't have to be as good a scrambler as TT to be a VERY effective running QB when it counts... Then they need to Draft one for the future...High... As for the 2nd need I see it kind of a toss-up between O-Line, WR, and D-line (one DT and one DE)...I'd lean towards RT as the 2nd biggest need...Unless they want to move a healthy (BIG assumption) Cordy Glenn there... They have secondary needs at LB and back-up RB... They have the picks to fill these holes, and they'll probably sign at least one Hyde-like, and one Poyer-like UFA... I think the Bills are in a VERY enviable position now...And it does not make me feel great to say they need to move on from Tyrod...I really respect that guy...But to take the next step, if that's what they want to do (and from all accounts they want to win now while building for the future), then they are going to HAVE to do better than TT at QB...Period...

To all my Bills brethren here...Old friends and new folks....And everyone in between...From my heart...Congrats folks!!! I know the passion of this bunch...We're ALL Bills fans, and if you come here you're probably next level Bills fans...We've been through a lot...We've fought each other at times...Disagreed about plenty, and agreed about a ton too...We've been through new owners, a slew of new coaches, 1st round busts, terrible calls, QB controversies, the Ryan brothers, and 17 straight seasons that ended with nothing but Draft talk...We have been through the ringer... But today is our day! Together...As Bills fans...We freaking earned this one!!! Again...Congrats...And as always...GO BILLS!!!

I have to give McD a LOT of credit...It actually took 8 games for me to say I'm embarrassed to be a Bills fan...That HAS to be a drought record... Right?

The Bills were only going to win this game in a shootout...There was no formula for stopping the Saints the whole game...But most teams have that problem with NO...Our Offense is so putrid we can't apply any pressure on a team like the Saints... This is the problem with TT...There is only one way to win with him...The running game has to be dominate and the Defense has to be stopping people...If either of those things does not happen the Bills are going to be toast 9 out of 10 times...

That has to be the 3rd or 4th time TT has thrown a pass 5 yards short of the 1st down marker on 3rd down...And that's just in this game... If I ever hear another Bills fan say he can be the QB of the future I'll puke...
